MSNBC dehumanizes Tea Party, calls them cannibals, aliens, delusional, psychotic, addicts

Well Martin Bashir really went all out on this one. He brought a guest on who called Tea Party members aliens, cannibals, addicts and more – plus he said that if they don’t get their what they want they will end up in a “Norway” situation!

The Blaze reports

“It reminds us of addiction because addicts are seeking something that they can’t have,” Peele said. “They [Tea Party members] want a state of happiness or nirvana that can’t be achievedexcept through an artificial substance and reminds us of the Norway situation, when people are thwarted at obtaining something they can’t, have they often strike out and Norway is one kind of example to one kind of reaction to that kind of a frustration.”

Relishing the moment, Bashir then asked, “so you’re saying that they are delusional about the past and adamant about the future?”

“They are adamant about achieving something that’s unachievable, which reminds us of a couple of things. It reminds us of delusion and psychosis,” Peele stated rather self-assuredly.

What did Glenn think?

“Many of the Tea Party people, they are some of the most responsible among us. These are people that have paid taxes their whole life. They have run businesses their whole life. They have done the right thing. They have never broken the law. They have never taken a handout. They have paid charity. They have tried to be decent law‑abiding citizens. And now what they are saying is, we will pay the price as well. We understand. But it’s best for our country and our children’s freedom to do it. That’s a psychosis? That’s nirvana? No, nirvana, nirvana is some socialist communist utopia that never happens. It always ends, can I even say poorly or is that the understatement of the entire universe?” Glenn said.

Such a stupid statement..Do your homework before you speak! As in all groups of people there are some who out of stupidity etc, get out of hand. therefore hurt all involved. the wierd/stupid one took opportunity to relive the “good ole days” they have had to listen to from parents who were of the 60-70′s generation. Making it sad for those who were trying to do the positive and something of our Country. Have ou checked todays news yet? The major cut in Military forces.Obama is a hybrid formed by a group from the 60′s an Underground movement. All is in place and Obama is the “chosen one” not by America. And we will sit around a growl at one another and allow it all to take place.  What do you know about the NDAA bill change Obama put through already? It gives him control over our Military, Check Section 1021 custody on US soil. And 1022 full option to remove all civil rights of Americans in custody without access to legal counsel the end! the law is dangerous no limitations temparal or geographically on American soil far from a Battle field. Last how many troops did he cut today? A well made plan put into action long ago. And are the American people doing ?
arguing on the computer. Thank You Sir

What????  What do you base that stupid comment on. I also was in the Military during Vietnam, I had a desk job for the Post Commander at Presidio of Monterey, the Language school that all students attending  were one step away from Vietnam. I am proud of my Country and all who served. As a Republican and a former Military person I would never back or be for such a claim as you just made. Wake up fella a lot more is going on right now than another Tea party! Why is everything being pushed through, slam blam ! while congress is away? Not small issues read my comment above. Lets get it together, as said long ago like it or leave it! We are all we have each other. And then as STEVENKNG above said stand on your faith as I plan to do and most of America today!

glenn I have always respected your show and most of what you preach.  But you are getting a little wild here and taking advantage of people, such as mysefl, my using my name and putting anothers comments, as if I had written it. Something very wrong with that!  I’m disappointed and  saddended by you using me in such a way.
