It is one of the reasons Holder does not come down on the New BPP -- the threat of violence must be there otherwise reasoned analysis could easily prevail. My only real hope in this election is that enough pressure points arise that sooner or later Obama will be held to answer someone, sometime, somewhere. I am not overly optimistic.
