It’s unfortunate but a fact but Political Correctness is the religion that the Government has been forcing down our throats and teaching our children in schools and colleges. In God we trust and the beliefs and traditions have been replaced by a religion (Political Correctness) and have distorted the views of many, including the churches that incorporate these teachings into their church.

“I can make a soldier baby, with words and music.”  What a beautiful quote from the guy with the glasses’s song.  The power of wisdom puts the power of a gun to shame…Hence the importance of having the right to bear arms and protect yourself.  Be your own soldier I say.

There’s a place for Christian music, but that place isn’t EVERYWHERE. Art is meant for expression. Some artists want to expressa feeling, issue or thought that isn’t outright Christ-centered or blessing of America but that’s the beauty of ART and EXPRESSION and AMERICAN FREEDOM. We are free to express ourselves no matter WHAT we feel like expressing. Coming from a man who just said he spent a week without TV or Internet, I question what authority he has to speak about pop culture. It sounds to me like he steers clear of it and is disgusted by it all. If he’s only looking at the Billboard Hot 100 he’s completely missing the mark when making a judgment on popular music and culture. I listen to Christian music, am a born again Christian, but I do not listen to it EVERYDAY. I’ve found that God has used all types of music, visits to art museums, exposure to different types of people, to create Biblical parallels in my heart/mind and has used those mediums to speak to me. Diversity in creative expression is something that is BEAUTIFUL in this country. Not meant to be reigned in and stifled because it maybe doesn’t have a 100% positive message, or happy ending, or bless America in lyric.

You f•cking idiot Glenn, culture cannot be taken back, forth, or anywhere. Culture is emergent. Culture is not what Glenn Beck or stupid originalists say it is, or is supposed to be. It is what it is. It results from the interactions of the actual American people. And, this country’s peoples are diverse, so its culture is not one, but many. Multicultural is the term for the sum of our cultures. Follow Beck in his crusade to “take back the culture” and you are like the Nazi and their fixation on the arian race. Forget what YOU want for people different than you. Mind your business and don’t try to impose your “culture” on me. We don’t want it.

It’s great to see people who choose to wake up and look beyond the “politically correct”  perception dictated by unreborn persons “sitting in Moses’ seat”.  I agree, just because the message an artist is attempting to relay to others isn’t “100% positive”, we have no ground, unless we’re being as gods, to conclude on the expression of the state of heart therein the artist.  We are dealing with a very crude problem, let those having not plucked out their eye of reality understand, the expressing of feelings created thereby may not be very pleasant to these too weak to give a damn! When people (artists) attempt to express the desperation and perhaps the fear overcoming them, due to the lack of answers but rather Babel, maybe we should step out of ourselves (even though painful for some) and start trying to understand what events triggered the feelings being expressed and maybe how to help others experiencing the same feelings overcome the alleged evil that is plaguing our world, instead of piously rendering our opinion about their attempt to deal with it. Oh, and the religion of the country may just be called capitalism (I know many people just labeled me “evil”) worshiping the god called “liberty”.

I guess you are unfamiliar with the Milgram experiments. Noticed your reference to the Nazis, perhaps Lieutenant Colonel Adolf Eichmann applies (was he part of the collective). Why do you think Obama continues to preach his Utopic philistinism Society. Doesn’t that also affect the collective?

I can only presume what you cannot understand with that tenuous reply… if you would like to point out the enigmatic parts, i’ll be more than happy to try to give you a punctilious answer.

I don’t think God would call Liberty “evil” .. in the Bible i read he created man with free will…isn’t that the very definition of Liberty?

A very short answer to the tower of Babel… as i’m sure you know it was built with clay bricks rather than stone. This is a metaphor. What it is saying is that people were made into carbon copies of each other .. in another words Politically Correct for their time. They were all interchangeable and exactly the same. Quite different from Liberty…. I think you would agree?
