When I lived in San Diego, friends of mine in the Border Patrol told me that they caught about 1/3 of the border crossers each night. The rest got away, some back into Mexico and others going on north. They knew that there were Islamists among them and Mexican Immigration was arresting 60 to 70 per month in Mexico. It is a lot worse now and Napolitano is just a political hack who has no business leading an agency that is supposed to stop this sort of thing. Of course, if she really did her job then the number of illegal aliens availble to vote for Obama might be reduced and they CAN'T have that! Fences don't work, but you definitely should monitor the border. I think the way to address this problem is take away the incentive to come over here illegally. An illegal crossing is very risky and expensive for many illegals (who are mostly destitute). If it was faster and easier to get here legally then that would be the way people would choose to go. The Old Testament has plenty of horrific passages. Just by reading the Qur'an doesn't mean you really know anything about Islam, just like just be reading the Bible doesn't mean you know anything about all the different denominations of Christianity and the differences of opinion they have and why they have the different opinions and how the religion impacts politics or its historical impact. The Qur'an requires a lot of context about where and what was going on at the time God had Muhammad give specific passages. The Haddiths are also very important in Islam. It's sort of like saying that b/c you know addition, subtraction, and your multiplication tables you know math. You know the very basics of math but it is only the tip of the iceberg.
