They are generally sweet and docile, very loveable and loving. If they are confronted with a situation they are unfamiliar with and someone tries to force something on them they can become afraid and show it by refusing to comply, but with a little patience and properly handled it works out OK.

The legacy carriers generally hate their customers, with the exception of Delta. I don’t know why Delta is the exception, but they are. United has always been the worst, followed by USAIR. American was good before its labor troubles began. AA is powerless to discipline its unionized attendants.
