Even a scientist is not allowed to study the theory of DEVOLUTION (which is pro-Christian) without losing government funding for his/her studies. We have all types of folks...both sides of the aisle and scattered all around it too. We all worship the same God and try to live our lives as God said. The Pastors have repeated stated that we should look to the Bible for guidance, not to Man. Of course, gov't should butt out of what is said from the pulpit, unless they are urging you to vote for candidate X. But to lay down the qualifications of a candidate who is following a Christian way of doing things/living his life---what's wrong with that? To point out bad policy because it is NOT Christian in practice, such as the recent mandatory requirements for churches to supply birth control, abortion ''aids'', etc. in their health insurance coverage of employees as highly intrusive---what's wrong with that?
