(My fav is a blend of peaches, mango, blueberries and strawberries with just about any brand of non-fat plain yogurt--but the secret is to use Orange, Peach, Mango juice (100% fruit juice) to help blend). I have faith you'll honor your pledge but this doesn't count as breaking it.
