I have heard that it takes a few hours to set up a Predator for that type of mission and for it to have been over Benghazi during the attack, they would have had to start setting up the mission, I'm guessing, 4 hours earlier. And if it just happened to be over Benghazi on routine surveillance, how come it didn't catch the start of the attack, but came in on it in the middle.
