Are cops just out of police academy ready for whatever they'll encounter or be assigned to? I don't think so. As someone who has done disaster home inspections for 10 years (another reason to hate/fear/discount any/everything I say, right?), not knowing what they'll encounter or be asked to do on their first few deployments seems to be the most realistic attitude. Sorry to inject a note of reality/reasonableness into your paranoia party; obviously I'm not in on the secret, and therefore a shill/fool/gov't agent..(.prob'ly all 3!) unlike you guys who have the keys to the hidden docs.
