Keep in mind the Constitution has been misused to promote Evil.  Supreme Court judges are imperfect.  Moral relativism erodes authority. The Bill Of Rights has good intentions but it set a precedent for man-made, interpretive rights and misinterpretation of those "rights" will be the Constitution's eventual undoing. The Constitution is under attack.
