It's amazing how you skipped over 7 and 8 which are programs already initiated by the NRA, how convenient! 9-15 are already being done, so are 18 and 19.  It's clever how you dismiss those parts that are meaningless or already being done. Why do you see the need to omit certain parts of Obama's rant. The announcement made by Obama was a dog and pony show using little children as props. Be careful what you wish for...... A doctor can pass judgement on you!!
