If the are a threat a Doctor can order an evaluation you are wrong again I’ve gone through this with my friend who was committed. You can think what ever you want I was there I’ve actually seen how the system works. some doctors are afraid of being sued and don’t do their job.

The second amendment protects your first amendment right. Let me ask it this way: What is someone is heavily medicated with psychotropic drugs, like Loughner was, and nothing is done about him? This guy suffered from schizophrenia and he obviously was not right. IMO these people do not belong in the general population. All of these shooters had this quality. If these 3 loonies were locked up those people would be alive today. People who deserve are people who are NOT a menace to society. I would argue people on those drugs ARE and have not earned the right to liberty. They are not right in the head! Use some common sense and ask yourself if that person is not rational, you know making obscure noises in a community college and scaring the hell out of other students, then what should we do about it? “Oh they deserve their first amendment rights to spot off like a lunatic. If they pose a threat they are required by law to report them it is on the books I know this because I had a friend committed because she had a break down caused by an abusive boyfriend. Your ignorant and need to do some research.

Example: Bill o’reilly had the son of one of the victoms of 9/11 on his show when the guest started to disagree with bill he started to yell and talk over him. Not letting him talk and called him a facetious. because he felt there was no reason to go into Iraq. there’s alot more examples on youtube. just search hannity or O’reilly or you can also search foxnew.
