The Constitution says nothing al all about any such requirment. As fr as "kill the baby", the COTUS clearly states that in order to be cosidered a person under the COTUS, you must be "naturally born or naturalized" (14th Amendment). It provides no rights for fetuses, but it does provide that an individual has a right to pursue their own destiiny as long as they do so legally. Conservatives are saying they support that right for men, but not for women. And that is why you lost this election and will continue to do so as long as you advocate that The State has a right to deny rights to women because your particular religous views must be imposed on them by The State. Until the GOP jettison's the whole pro-lifr agenda, they are toast.  It is not a political issue, it is a moral issue, it creates a contradiiction in conservatiives, where they claim to be against The Government interfering in a person's life, but then demand The Governent be empowered to police what is going on with people's sex organs.  As long as this contradiction remains, you will lose the majority vote of women and a lot f libertaroan votes as well, to the Democrats, and you will gain exactly zero votes because the demographic changes taking place in the country favor the pro-choice view.
