A great movie is "The Dish", an Australian picture, starring Sam Neill. It tells about the Australia's Parkes Radio telescope and its role in capturing the live broadcast from the Armstrong's first walk on the moon. The story is light-hearted and somewhat fictionalized but it still manages to capture the spirit of the times and the remarkable achievement of the Apollo XI mission.
