glad to see a Sheriff who actually supports the constitution, our sheriff is one of the ones who will do what Obama says. 

“Arms” does not only mean guns but any weapon that may be invented in the future.  One day guns may become obsolete replaced by something else.  The Constitution is very broad in use of the word “arms” — on purpose, because if “arms” ever get defined as “guns” (Constitutionally) then anything else that may follow could be made illegal and subject to another Amendment which is totally unnecessary.

When there are so few people willing to stand up against this Administration, it is Very Important that the Sheriff’s Hold Their Ground!  As stated, they are NOT Accountable to the Federal Gov’t; just the People in Their County!  If he were to call me up and ask me to assist him in any manner that Protects the Citizens from Gov’t Tyranny, I will stand Right Next To Him Come Hell or High Water!!!  I took an Oath when I joined the Army, and I plan to Keep That Oath Alive…

It shouldn’t matter what State you live in, it should never be a crime to defend you and your family if there is a Break-In at Your Home!  The people who are breaking in are there to do you Harm, whether it is stealing, assault, rape, kidnapping, or any other reason…

Now is the time for people to stop standing as Individuals and start doing Group Efforts (and I definitely Do Not Mean as in Unions, Big Gov’t, Socialist/Communist, Thugs or Gangs)…

About a year ago I heard on the radio that a guy with a Prostethic Arm was arrested and incarcerated.  He pleaded with the police to allow him to keep his arm and dignity.  He later used that Prostethic Arm to bend bars and Break Out of Jail (including clubbing an officer to knock him out with that arm)…

The APB that went out on him listed him as, ” Arm’ed & Dangerous!”!  (Just a funny FYI)

I haven’t heard any proposals for doing this, where do you get this crazy stuff?

Historically, it has been governments worldwide who have committed mass murder of millions, including children, after first disarming the unsuspecting citizens.  Mao, Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, Pol Pot come readily to mind.  There is an agenda with some in our government at the highest levels and the attack on our second amendment is being ramped up since Obama’s re-election.  To some, the ends justify the means.

Instead of continuously being forced to defend our constitutional rights, people need to call and press elected representatives to bring up and press investigation and prosecution against the administration and officals of graft, corruption and violation of oaths of office. Demands for real investigations and prosecutions with preparation of articles of impeachment for Fast and Furious, Benghazi fiascos and the illegal use of military assets bypassing congress in the mideast “democratic” uprising as supplying of strategic weapons which are supplied to forces threatening our own forces, the open refusal and orders issued to bypass valid immigration law, etc. Why are we playing a defensive game when there exists more than enough probable cause exists for violations of law and oaths of office in purposely and knowingly violating the constitution 

Why should there be any Proposals? 

This should plain and simply be a Right to Defend Ourselves!  It is Obsurd that a Criminal can break into your home and have More Rights THAN the people they are there to do Harm!  I don’t care if it is legal or not, you break into my home and I will make you Regret Invaded My Home (at least the last five seconds of your life that I Will Take).  I don’t go out looking for trouble, but if people bring it to me then it IS THEIR FAULT NOT MINE…

If you live in a good old fahioned rural place like I do, the Sheriff can declare any and all citizens a posse and thereby force them like any law enforcement officer to keep guns and ammo ready for potential need. Of course I would tend to leave liberals out of this due to the fact that they have a mental illness.
In fact I believe that the guns and ammo would even be tax deductable.  Ask your accountant? There is always one more way to skin a cat. The posswe is called a reserve, only having arrest powers when activated.

Not only can, but we do. We have a younger sheriff that does not fuiuly understand that yet but I have impressed upon him that he can be replaced… He has thus seen the light. He is a good man even though a bit green.

Any law enforcement agencies or officers who do not enforce the law(s) must be tried as enemies of the Union, stripped of their citizenship and shipped to Club Gitmo.
