There is no way the average american needs or should have the RIGHT to own a multi cartridge automatic style weapon..20 children would be alive today if these weapons were only authorized for use by the Military and Law Enforcement..nothing was thought of by the people who wrote the 2nd amendment in regards to automatic multi shot hand weapons guns or rifles..it is a minimum of 100 yrs overdue to re-write the 2nd amendment..a uniform 2nd amendment that specified the rights to own hand guns and hunting rifles is all that was ever intended by the writers of the 2nd amendment and it is an obvious self serving mis-interpretation to say the 2nd amendment said meant or implied anything else..at that time, 1791, they only had and only knew of single shot weapons..in fact it is a stretch to even include revolvers..a uniform across the continent law allowing only the weapons available at the time the 2nd amendment was written would have,if properly enforced, prevented a most horrible slaughter of 20 innocent children and 6 adults...if my children had been in school that day at that school they would still be sleeping in their beds at home with me and their Mom...had your children been at school in Newtown,Ct at Sandy Hook school the day of the shooting they would still be in their beds tonight at your home... Here are just a few examples of what has surfaced with much more to come. * In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. (a mathematical and statistical impossibility). * In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors were illegally removed from their polling locations - and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. (another statistical impossibility). * In Wood County Ohio, 106,258 voted in a county with only 98,213 eligible voters. * In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible voters but 247,713 votes were cast. * The National SEAL Museum , a polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158% voter turnout. * Palm Beach County , FL had a 141% voter turnout. * In Ohio County , Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters.
