The book gives the southern perspective on how Lincoln really regarded the South, and its people! I know that to the Victors go the spoils and History recording, the funny thing is, what you are preaching and trying to relate to the American people, is the same thing we southerners were trying to do during the war for Southern independence. I'm not trying to bring harsh feelings back up and I am not racist! As you have stated on your show,"the truth lives here", please get both sides before proclaiming Lincoln as an American Icon. I and my family support you and what you are trying to do, WE ARE Americans here in the South, even if the rest of the country does not think so. We are Christian, and Love this country as Much as you do. Why? He was born and raised in a Muslim world. He canceled the National Day of Prayer at the White House in favor of hosting members of the Muslim Brotherhood, but why? He supported the UN attacks on Libya and Egypt.  Neither of these countries were a threat to Israel, no matter how bad their leaders were. He hates Israel and turning these countries over to the Muslim Brotherhood simply increases the number of entities willing to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth. He has refused to do anything in Syria though, why? Because Syria hates Israel already so the is no need to waste or resources. We have pictures of him bowing to Middle Eastern leaders which no US President has EVER done. Why?  You never see him or his family in church except for funerals, Why? He took no action in Benghazi because he wants the Muslim Brotherhood to expand power anf influence in the Middle East. His share-the-wealth philosophy also includes share-the-power. He wants to weaken our country financially (to support his mentor George Soros who wants a New World Order) and militarily so the World will be a level playing field. His added spending and threats to Democrats if they don't support him is destroying our country. Now Rice has to face a Congress that does not trust her and will not appoint her. Will Obama do a recess appointment while Congress is out on holiday? A woman with a prescription can go to the Georgetown Target store and get a months supply of commonly available generic birth control pills for $9 or a little over $100 per year.  The most expensive birth control was about $50 per month.  The only time I could find anything approaching $200 was for a doctor visit to check out a woman for STDs and give her an appropriate prescription for birth control if there were no problems.Since Ms. Fluke had either lied or misstated the cost information, I decided to check the accuracy of her anecdote about Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).  Per wikipedia, the use of COMMONLY AVAILABLE birth control pills is for treatment of excessive hair on a woman's body.  Ms Fluke stated that her friend was a lesbian. PCOS involves an aberration in male hormones. Surgical removal of an ovary PCOS is not normal practice as laproscopic surgery can be used to drain the cysts.  (A cancerous ovary, however, would certainly involve ovarian surgery to remove the diseased organ and subsequent treatment could be expensive - a lot more than a few thousand.  Ovarian cancer is certainly a serious and life threatening medical condition which should normally be covered under even the most limited of insurances.)Interestingly, something like 40% of the women at Georgetown have tried to con the health insurance company that operates under the guidance of Georgetown University.  This company provides limited health care coverage meeting Georgetown's guideline, and those guidelines apparently exclude payment for birth control medications.   (I speculate that what Georgetown does is provide its students with very low cost healthcare coverage, and the insurance company carefully checks any and all claims of medical need for the use of a birth control pill or medication.) Apparently, Ms Fluke's friend was unable to provide sufficient proof of medical need although that doesn't make any sense to me.We have seen the misuse of anecdotes by the left on numerous occasions.  I suspect Ms. Fluke has either lied or misstated the situation in order to dramatize her request for contraceptive coverage.  And, since the truth lives here I suggest you check this out. Because that doesn’t create happiness. And we were meant to be happy. We were meant for so much more. We have an extraordinary blessing at our fingertips, a job to do.
