JEFFY ~~~ Tried this earlier and it didn’t send! GLENN IS RANTING about something he knows NOTHING about. We lived in Central America for almost 20 years. There’s been NO COUP in over 20+ years. He is buying the lie our enemies are propogating. GET HIM OFF THIS RANT. Holy Cow, guys. “DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH”!!!!

    • Anonymous

Carolyn… there’s been no coup in 20+ years is something to brag about? Perhaps it is since we’ve had a coup perpetrated by a Kenyan Marxist imposter 6 years ago… just sayin

      • infadelicious

sure, it’s all about obozo right? What about Jeffy taking over the Feed and holding us hostage to his incompetence? Time for a coup on the Feed, you ready to take over OMG?

Eliz warren? who is Bill ayers? etc……..he was amazed and felt like he has been lied to in school social studies class…….

    • infadelicious

http://youtu.be/4f2j_a_7XkE he feels that way because he WAS lied to. in this clip, remember, money boo boo wants to “change our history” and we also know her husband wants to fundamentally change America. America does not need to be fundamentally changed and it sure as he!! doesn’t need its history bastardized by liberals.

  • Anonymous

by the way, I don’t care for this format either

  • Kitty with Newfy Roots

Why don’t you clutter up the Feed with “stuff” a little more?

  • http://onthespotblog.com/ On The Spot

This update to “The Feed” has several issues that I’ve found.

1 – In IE11, the ScribbleLive ‘window’ does not open if AdBlockPlus is enabled, had to switch to Chrome 35 to get it to open (which it does fine even with AdBlockPlus enabled).
2 – The CoverItLive interface opened in a small pop-up window, which made it easier to manage screen real estate (there are those of us who are trying to do real work and don’t want a big huge browser window filling the screen just to participate).
3 – If I size the browser to just see the ScribbleLive ‘window’ the glennbeck.com “Next Blog Post” slide out appears covering part of the ScribbleLive ‘window’
4 – Links and URL’s with their description takes too much space in the ScribbleLive ‘window’, making it hard to follow when there is a lot of activity.

Please consider these comments as you fine-tune this new look.

    • http://onthespotblog.com/ On The Spot

5 – I just had Chrome force reload, and now I have to re-enter my “display name” for ScribbleLive again. At least CoverItLive saved it between days so I wasn’t forced to enter it each day (or page reload).

We need the new Congress to pass Freedom Bills. Freedom from our communist federal government. The start is freedom to choose healthcare for citizens, businesses, insurance companies, & drug companies. The we need a freedom of education that takes the money from federal tax for education and changes it to a state tax. The executive order that made propaganda legal needs to be nullifed by Congress. This will make propaganda in our government including schools illegal again.

  • http://www.bellavoxproductions.com/ ~WOLFRAM

Pajama came from India. Hence the British pronunciation

  • http://www.bellavoxproductions.com/ ~WOLFRAM

Pajama in American English, spelled pyjama in most other countries (see spelling differences), often shortened to PJs, jimjams or jammies, can refer to several related types of clothing. Pajamas are loose-fitting, two-piece garments derived from the original garment and worn chiefly for sleeping,[1] but sometimes also for lounging,[2] also by both sexes.[3] More generally, pajamas may refer to several garments, for both daywear and nightwear, derived from traditional pajamas and involving variations of style and material.

The word pyjama or pajama was incorporated into the English language from c. 1800 through the Hindustani pajāmā, itself from the Persian word pāy-jāmeh (پايجامه lit. “leg-garment”). The original pajāmā are loose, lightweight trousers fitted with drawstring waistbands worn by Muslims in India and adopted by Europeans there.[4]

Guys how about talk about “Standard of LIving”. Glenn, stop the BS about income equality.

    • Microchip

yes, let’s talk about income equality and standards of living …

    • Microchip

I don’t think I need to say anymore to blow up the whole notion of fair
share, it’s a pet peeve of mine as it is many who believe in freedom and
responsibility. Notice the top marginal rate is below $500,000 no
matter how you file. Now $413,201 or 464,851 or even $232,426 or more
is a lot of money. Notice how harshly high income people are penalized
if they’re married, filing separately, every dollar they make over
$232,425 is taxed at the confiscatory rate of 39.6%.
Baby steps, it’ll all be ok, the government is always fair and always looking out for your best interest don’t you know.

So we got that and all the thousands of pages of loopholes, exemptions,
deductions, and special exceptions carved in for all the political
buddies, to the tune of 74,608 pages as of 04/15/2015
      VS.
      You
keep 100% of your money up the federal poverty baseline indexed to
inflation. Then, the government gets 10% flat of everything beyond that
up to a high limit, say 1 billion dollars. After that the federal
government has had IT’S fair share and you get to keep 100% beyond the
billion if you can make that much in a year. It provides an incentive
for very high income earners to shoot for the moon and make as much
money as they can possibly make, can it be argued they aren’t going to
invest and spend it more wisely than the government, of course it can’t.

Tax policy in a paragraph, a one page tax code, makes more sense does
it not, well I imagine the definition of how the poverty baseline is
calculated from year to year will be longer than the tax code itself.
Under this system everyone files individually, no special exemption or lack there of for being married or not married.
      a 6.2 percent Social Security tax;
a 1.45 percent Medicare tax (the “regular” Medicare tax); and
beginning in 2013, a 0.9 percent Medicare surtax when the employee earns over $200,000.
      Source bizfilings –
So whatever your gross is, add 7.65% additional to the total figure, this is your true gross up to $200,000

For every dollar you earn over $200,000 add an additional 0.9%
additional, because there can’t be a limit to how much we take to pay
for social security now, can there? So don’t forget that when you
calculate your true gross. Compare that figure to your net pay and you
begin to see just how insidious a progressive tax system is.

Progressives love a multi-rate, complicated tax system because they can
easily punish their enemies, reward their friends. And ruin a political
enemy’s life w/o ever even having to lay a hand on him/her. They
committed the sin of violating political correctness don’t you know,
they must be made to pay the price. Sure these audits for individuals
who we dislike and groups w/ the words “patriot” “Freedom” “or tea
party” are totally justified, can’t you see we’re trying to destroy
conservatives here? It’s our greatest pleasure and our highest calling?
      Are you feeling the fairness?
      Obviously there is nothing fair
whatsoever about a progressive tax system. We as the government know
what’s fair and best for you don’t you know, it’s all going to be
alright. Little baby steps, little baby steps.
      How many more baby
steps will it take until we’re slaves under an authoritarian regime with
only the illusion of freedom and opportunity? Who knows but the
progressives are relentless. They never stop, they never let up, and
they always need a little more of your money. Now, you want to talk
about a good bull excrement story, HOLY CRAP!!
      Progressivism is a
broad philosophy based on the Idea of Progress, which asserts that
advancement in science, technology, economic development, and social
organization are vital to improve the human condition – http://en.wikipedia.org

Really Wikipedia, so fair and impartial they are [LOL] this is exactly
what I mean when I say compliant/obedient media, and as I’ve said,
they’re in on pushing the agenda, they make no bones about it, and they
don’t even try to hide it anymore.
      Yes, I have a visceral knee-jerk
reaction when I see progressives and/or liberals pushing their agenda,
this is part of the reason why, because too few people understand how
destructive the policies are and fewer still understand the terrible end
game they have in mind. If you want a good idea of what this world
looks like, Read Agenda 21 by Harriet Parker. It spells out the real
world consequences of the implementation of this UN agenda which falls
right into line with the progressive ideology.
      Conservativism on the
other hand is the essence of compassion and fairness. We believe in
the goodness and potential of every human being and that everyone ought
to be striving to be his or her best self, whatever that means based
upon the dictates of one’s concisions. We believe life is precious and
it’s worth standing up for at all stages and all situations, from in the
womb to a ripe old age. Plus a few more core principles: smaller
government, less regulation, strong national defense, cut back and stop
FWA, reduce and eventually eliminate wealth transfers by the government,
more freedom, more personal responsibility, common sense, traditional
values, a fundamental belief in the miracle of our founding, the
goodness of our founders, the divine providence that led to the
Federalist papers, the Declaration of Independence, and the US
      constitution.

    • smokeysmoke

I think the best ticket would be either Gov Kasich and Cruz Vp
      or
      Rand Paul and Cruz Vp
I think that a ticket like this could deny a bush, satisfy the establishment conservatives, and still have Cruz to bring along the right wing and tea party…
I know the tea party wants their candidate this election, but think strategy… a few more election cycles and the tea party could hold more senate seats, more house seats, and having a solid VP position could be very powerful position 8 years down the road…

      • Susan Baumgaertner Fentz

Don’t rule out Scott Walker PLEASE. Check his record and all he has been through.
This man would make a great president. He actually keeps his promises!
I’m turned off to Ted Cruz after he voted for TPA. Besides, he doesn’t have the time in congress.

Pretty obvious Glenn and the guys don’t know how the Fair Tax works…Also, the real % is 23 and they have NOT found that the percentage needs to be over 30%. That’s a lie by fair tax opponents.

  • roark1

What is the deal with the log-in – it seems like they don’t want to hear from us anymore – I guess we have become a burden or a hassle to Manage – Not a cool way to deal with it’s most Loyal Fan Base

    Why can’t I get a login???????

    • Marti

I’m with you. It has been weeks now. It’s happened before, but never for this long. I’d hate to give up my subscription, but this is truly frustrating.

Actions on the Feed speaks Volumes – No Interaction

  • doughpro

Since I know my comment won’t make Jeffy’s Feed (they never do) I will repeat it here.
I believe that Ted Cruz speaking of his Christian faith during his announcement speech was a brilliant move. Citizens who have come from South and Central America have strong Catholic and basically Christian belief systems. He would appeal to both legal and illegal citizens from those countries.

  • roark1

I miss the Feed – It was cool cause it gave us a chance to actively participate/interact with the show

  • roark1

They moved The Feed behind a Pay Wall and we still don’t get to Participate

  • roark1

What happened to the “The Network YOU Are Building”?

  • old_man

    Friday feed tyranny again?! Hey!

  • roark1

We all want to belong. We all want to be heard. We all want to be free….

  • Sue Mazur

really… if there is some problem with the Feed log in, how about letting us know? We don’t get to comment for the first hour and a half, then everybody leaves at noon…. I’m getting the subscription primarily for the Feed and now I’m not getting to use it.

    • old_man

Wow. I was just poking fun at Jeffy for not turning on the comments. I’m sort of thinking my subscription is worth more than just the feed. At least to me it is worth more. It is just fun. Not a pivotal factor for me. But still – FEED TYRANNY! :)

  • roark1

I have officially canceled my subscription, I have been a member of GBTV since 7/5/11 – it was fun while it lasted

First it was the 1791 email, now Feed access dwindling. This is not what the membership covered originally. Seems that all I get is more ads.

I’ve had a couple (former?) 1791 members contact me to tell me their new email. Apparently, their price demand was more than these folks were willing to pay all at a single clip.

      • KittyIsis

1791 email was a perk for changing to an annual subscription. I was “perked” and now I’m unperked! Free 1791 email ended May 1.

The Free Peoples of Earth [FPE] Alliance
    Declaration of Principles

    Preamble

We the People of the Free Peoples of Earth, in order to form an alliance for
good of all mankind, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide
for the common defense, promote the freedom of all mankind, and secure the
Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish
this Declaration of Principles for the Free Peoples of Earth.

The Universe speaks in many languages, but only one voice.

The language is not Hebrew or English or Arabic or Spanish or Mandarin.

It speaks in the language of hope. It speaks in the language of trust.

It speaks in the language of strength, and the language of compassion.

It is the language of the heart and the language of the soul.

But always it is the same voice.

It is the voice of our ancestors speaking through us.

And the voice of our inheritors waiting to be born.

It is the small, still voice that says we are One.

No matter the blood, no matter the skin,

No matter the religion, no matter the race,

    We are One.

No matter the pain, no matter the darkness,

No matter the loss, no matter the fear.

    We are One.

Here, gathered together in common cause

We agree to recognize this singular truth and this singular rule:

That we must be kind to one another.

Because each voice enriches us and ennobles us,

And each voice lost diminishes us.

We are the voice of the universe, the soul of creation,

The fire that will light the way to a better future.

The alliance of the Free Peoples of Earth is being established to protect
life, liberty, property, the pursuit of happiness and to fight Evil in the
world. We agree to recognize the principles of individual freedom and liberty
of our respective citizens by guaranteeing the following enumerated rights for
a member nation’s citizenry. This alliance will scrap the UN entirely and build
a brand new alliance based upon principles.

–» We recognize that all people deserve the inalienable rights of life,
liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. While capitalism is morally
and financially superior to other ways to organize an economy the Free Peoples
of Earth recognizes the right of member nations to run their economy as they
see fit so long as they don’t violate any of the alliance principles.

–» The practice of slavery is outlawed in all member nations and the Free
Peoples of Earth stand against it.

–» The alliance recognizes the right of all people to rule their country as
they see fit so long as they agree to a representative republican form of government
which recognizes the principles of maximum freedom and maximum personal
    responsibility.

–» All member nations agree to respect the rights of women, to not repress
minorities, to respect human rights to include freedom of speech, religion
[including the right to believe differently per the dictates of ones
consciousness or to choose not to believe], and the right to a free, open, and
unregulated press. The right of the people to peaceably assemble and petition
the government for redress of grievances must not be abridged.

–» Member nations must recognize the right and duty of it’s citizens to be
well armed so the right to bear arms in a member nation will not be infringed.
No government agency may create any database with the purpose to individually
identify a weapons owner without an express warrant specifying the information
to be stored, for how long, on whom and why. Such a warrant must not be issued,
but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the data to be stored and the compelling reason for storing it, for
instance for the purposes of conducting a criminal investigation.

–» Citizens of any member nation have no right or entitlement to be free
from being offended. Freedom requires the understanding that free people are
    going to be offensive sometimes.

–» Member nations agree to respect the right of parents. The Free Peoples
of Earth recognize the right of parents to raise their children as they see
fit. No parent will have their child(ren) taken without due process of law. No
parent can have their parental rights curtailed or terminated for refusal to
send their children to government schooling either part time or full time. The
only acceptable reason for the taking of a child from a natural or adoptive
parent shall be in cases of demonstrable cruelty, substantial physical abuse or
substantial emotional abuse. Raised voices and corporal punishment alone are
not sufficient to meet this standard. Only a local government such as a town,
city, or county shall have jurisdiction to attempt to remove a child from the
care of his/her parent(s). Any local government wishing to terminate or curtail
the rights of parents must demonstrate a clear and compelling case of cruelty,
forced malnutrition, forced to live in filthy conditions, substantial physical
abuse, or substantial emotional abuse. Any citizen who has had their parental
rights curtailed by the state due to any allegation by law are entitled the
right to a full jury trial before parental rights are permanently terminated.
If Parent(s) rights are terminated the child’s/child(ren)’s parent(s) have the
right to appeal with a second full trial with the right to request a jury. If
the parents can demonstrate a violation of due process or any other clear and
compelling case that the termination of parental rights was in any way unjust
they shall be entitled to immediate reunion with their child(ren) and
restoration of full parental rights. Also if a parent chooses or parents choose
not to appeal, a process must be put in place for the parent(s) to attempt to
regain full custody of their child(ren) upon successful completion of a
parental competence course, as well as the obtaining of a sworn affidavit of
each individual parent/parents agreeing to demonstration of good character and
completion of such as course. The sworn affidavit will not be approved if a
judge or requested jury believes beyond a reasonable doubt that reunion will
result in mistreatment to the child(ren). Furthermore, all member nations must have
a process in place for a competent child to petition for emancipation from
their parents if they can demonstrate theft or squandering of money earned by
the minor or a case of demonstrable cruelty, substantial physical or
substantial emotional abuse. If children must be removed from the custody of
their parents, every attempt will be made to place them (in order of
precedence) in the custody of (1) Person(s) designated by the parents in a
previously signed legal instrument on file with the courts (2) a relative (3)
qualified foster parent(s) to be determined based upon local standards (4) if
1-3 is not feasible as a last resort the services of a church or local
orphanage with a good reputation will be used. Such places will make continuous
efforts to place child(ren) under their care with a family or individual who
can provide a loving home. The Free Peoples of Earth recognize the right of
member nations to come up with their own rules regarding the age of adulthood
with the following simple restriction, no member nation may curtail the full
adult rights of a citizen who has attained the age of 18 without due process of
law though member nations do reserve the right to have that age be lower based
    upon regional or national norms.

–» Member nations agree not to force any citizen to quarter any solider,
diplomat, government official, or anyone else.

–» Member nations agree to be dedicated to a free and open Internet which
    must not be regulated.

–» The right of citizens to move freely within the boundaries of their
countries as well as allow movement outside the country with a passport system
must be secured for its citizens.

–» The right of the people of member nations to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, electronic data, and effects, against unreasonable searches and
seizures, will not be violated, and no Warrants will issue, but upon probable
cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place
to be searched, data to be copied, stored securely for fact finding and trials,
and the persons or things to be seized.

–» No person will be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous
crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases
arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service
in time of War or public danger; nor will any person be subject for the same
offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor will be compelled in
any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty,
or property, without due process of law; nor will private property be taken for
    public use, without just compensation.

–» In all criminal prosecutions, the accused will enjoy the right to a
speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein
the crime will have been committed, which district will have been previously
ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the
accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him/her; to have
compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his/her favor, and to have the
Assistance of Counsel for his/her defense.

–» In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy will exceed a
reasonable amount to be determined by the legislative body of a member nation,
the right of trial by jury will be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, will
be otherwise reexamined in any Court of a member nation, than according to the
    rules of the common law.

–» Excessive bail will not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor
    cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

–» The enumeration in this Declaration of Principles, of certain rights,
will not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people of
    member nations

–» The powers not delegated to the Free Peoples of Earth by this
declaration of principles, nor prohibited by it to the member nations, are
reserved to the member nations respectively, or to the people.

–» The Judicial power which will be invested in a
judicial branch of each member nation must not be construed to extend to any
suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of a member nation’s
Citizens of another member nation, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign
    State, including nonmember nations.

  • Microchip

    [2 – CONT]

–» Taxation. Although taxation is necessary, member nations agree to the
principle that over taxation is immoral, illegal, and contradictory to the
Declaration of Principles. Member nations are required to limit taxation to 15%
of the nations Gross Domestic Product (GDP) but their elected officials may use
a lower limit established by law. If a population is overtaxed then a member
nation’s government must pay the excess money collected back to it’s citizens
in amounts propionate to what individual taxpayers paid. A progressive tax
system while not strictly outlawed is strongly discouraged due to complexity
and unfairness. It is recommended that all member nations tax the citizens at a
flat rate of between 5% to 15% with a poverty baseline exemption from taxation
which is tied to inflation. Poverty will be defined differently by different
nations. But the way it works in practical terms, if implemented, is that
member nation citizens will keep 100% of their earned income up to the poverty
line. It is recommend that all money earned after that amount be taxed at the
flat rate. No citizen of the Free Peoples of Earth alliance will be subjected
to a tax rate above 15% in any case. The US as being a founding member of
the Free Peoples of Earth Alliance will rewrite and simplify it’s tax code to
follow these principles, including the establishment of a poverty baseline
exemption, a flat tax of 10% of all income above that to an income tax limit to
$1,000,000,000.00US annually. So if an individual in the US earns more than 1
billion dollars in a year, all money earned beyond that billion dollars will be
tax free to encourage economic growth and investment. Member nations agree to
be good stewards of their respective people’s money, to establish and grow
interest bearing funds to assist in the payments of lawful public expenses.
Individual member nation’s fund principle will not be diminished in any case.
Excessive deficits to be defined as a maximum limit of 25% of nationwide GDP
will be enforced. Member nations that get to this level of debt must pay it
back by reducing other spending. The FPE will be prohibited from financially
bailing out member nations and member nations will be prohibited from
financially bailing out one another. This will ensure a failing member nation
    doesn’t hurt anyone but themselves.

–» Member nations agree that the Declaration of Principles must be ratified
by all member nations through majority plebiscite. Voting will be allowed by
all adult citizens to be defined as any person living in a member nation over
the age of 18. The right to participate in such a plebiscite will not be
infringed and ranger forces will be present to ensure fair elections and that
no voter fraud or intimidation takes place. Rangers are the military force of
the Free Peoples of Earth Alliance and will be defined more thoroughly later in
    this declaration of principles.

–» Representative term limits. All republican forms of government involve
regular nationwide and local elections. All member nations agree that all
nationwide office holders will be subjected to term limits defined as they see
fit but nonetheless will be at least as strict as the following guidelines.
Member nations agree that no nationwide elective office term will last longer
than 10 years. Furthermore member nations also agree that no one person can be
in a particular elected office for a term of longer than 10 years, such a
person will be forbidden from holding that public office for the remainder of
their life. To ensure equity direct family members to be defined as husbands,
wives, brothers, sisters, and child(ren) are also forbidden from holding the
same elected office as someone who has served 10 years in that office. For
example if a person is elected to a nationwide office such as prime minister
and the local government defines the term of a prime minister to be 5 years,
after such a person has served 2 terms in office, themselves, their wife,
husband, brother, sister, or child(ren) cannot be elected to the same office.
This will not deter such a person from holding a different elected office such
as a regional representative in a nationwide legislative body.

–» Limitations on monarchy of a member nation. Dictatorship style
governments will be strictly barred from admission into the Free Peoples of
Earth Alliance. If oppressed peoples being ruled under such a government wishes
to hold a plebiscite to be admitted into the Alliance then the Rangers will provide
security for such an election. They will force such a head of state to step
down and a nationwide quorum will be held in the country in question in order
to establish a national constitution which will include provisions to recognize
the independent authority of the Rangers as well as the right of the local
people to be ruled by a representative republican government. Once a member
nations constitution is recodified to agree w/ the declaration of principles
nationwide and local elections will be held in order that a freed population
will have the right to regular elections of government officials. The Free
Peoples of Earth recognizes the right of a member nation to have a king or
queen as a head of state with the following restrictions. A king or queen of a
nation must be a man or a woman of good moral character as defined by local
standards and common sense. Such a ruler agrees they must always be selfless
and always act in the best interest of their people. They also agree to share
power with a legislative body which will have the right to override an out of
control monarchy with legislation which will require a two thirds majority to
override the prerogative of a king or queen. Member nations also agree to have
an independent court system which will be established to settle local and
national disputes within a member nation. Only existing monarchies which are
ruling their people justly can keep a king or queen. If a new member nation is
formed by the removal of a dictator the new national constitution must allow
for an elected officeholder to be the head of state, president, prime minister
or other term to be defined by a Constitutional convention and such person,
along with a legislative body must be subject to regular elections and defined
    term limits.

–» All member nations must have an independent Judicial branch of
government. The judicial branch will have their authority restricted to
findings of fact, matters of law and punishment for lawbreaking. No judge will
have the authority to legislate from the bench and judicial powers must be
restricted to interpretation of the law. A member nation’s supreme court will
have the power to rule a law to be violation of the declaration of principles
and have it declared entirely outlawed, however they have no authority to
redefine a law or keep parts of a law in tact. If a rule, regulation, law,
custom or anything else is against the principles laid out in the declaration
of principles than it will be deemed null and void by the finding of a nation’s
Supreme Court. Judicial branch members must be well educated and be of high
moral character. A judge who commits a high crime, is shown to be corrupt, who
commits an act of moral turpitude, accepts a bribe, or who creates an injustice
through an unjust ruling will be immediately disqualified from judicial and
public office for the remainder of his or her natural life. A process must be
established to have such a judge replaced with another qualified individual in
a speedy manner. Judicial branch powers will be construed as limited to fact
finding, law violations, and punishment only. Citizens of a member nation will
be entitled to a jury trial in all cases upon request.

    –» The Alliance
of the Free Peoples of Earth will require a lot of money, most of which will go
towards the military force that will be called The Rangers. In order to ensure
that there are sufficient funds to maintain that force the Free Peoples of
Earth will have limited taxation authority. With the exceptions of the US and
Israel who will contribute more at first, all other member nation contributions
will be limited to 2% to 5% GDP tax per year. Nationwide governments can obtain
the money to pay this tribute by taxation of the member nation’s population.
This money will go into a fund which will invest in simple interest bearing
accounts. By law the FPE fund will not be diminished. Furthermore a goal will
be established to have the fund grow to have such an overwhelmingly large
    amount of funds that Alliance
expenses can eventually be taken entirely from an 80% portion of the interest
    earned in the fund. Once

this goal is achieved the Free Peoples of Earth alliance will stop collecting
taxes permanently and limit spending to 80% of the earned interest on accounts
in a budget year. All budgets will be submitted to the public for openness and
oversight at all times. Excepting that member nations must declare secret national
security spending figures with a dollar amount only.

–» Limitations on bureaucracy. Bureaucracy, like taxation although
necessary is almost never a good thing, and to much of it is always bad. In
addition to the other requirements all bureaucracy are understood to have no
regulatory authority. By law they must not even be allowed to recommend new
regulations, which will be the sole purview of an elected representative
nationwide legislature, however individuals and groups of individuals may petition
for specific regulation to be enacted or denied. Employees of bureaucracies
understand that they’re given a position of public authority and trust. They
are legally required to strictly adhere to the Declaration of Principles during
their employment with the government and will be held personably liable if
public funds are squandered, stolen, misappropriated, or spent in a manner
determined not to be in the best interest of the people by a court of law. This
liability will extend to all members of government both elected and unelected.

–» All member governments in the FPE have a fiduciary responsibility to
spend their countries money responsibly. All governments are required to
establish and maintain ever-growing interest bearing accounts. They have the
authority to spend this money when obtained through legal taxation due to
nature of such authority the following restrictions will also be added. All
government officials included but not limited to presidents, heads of state,
prime ministers, legislative bodies, and judicial branches have a fiduciary
responsibility to act in the best interest of the people of their countries.
All spending will be based upon receipts and must not be higher than money
legally taxed from Citizens. Wealth transfers are outlawed. Government welfare
exists in many forms all over the planet. Welfare by it’s very nature is
destructive when handled by the Government. Churches, and other private
entities are best suited to determining suability and rendering aid to those
who cannot help themselves. Many nations have citizens who are drawing a
regular benefit and/or income not being earned. This practice will immediately
end in all member nations including The United States with a single caveat. In
order to uphold the kindness part of the Declaration of Principles those
citizens will not immediately stop receiving benefits. They will get a one-time
only lump sum payment equal to 3 years of benefits at once. Upon request this
money can be invested in a fixed annuity so they can continue to receive
regular payments for the next 1-5 years. Charities will be structured and
encouraged to pick up the slack once wealth transfer payments end. Welfare is
the greatest waste of human potential ever devised which is why government
funded/regulated welfare payments will be outlawed with compassion.

–» Refusal to engage in class warfare. Class warfare is the attempt by
public officials to create strife between different income levels within a
population. Class warfare is a cheap political ploy employed by politicians w/
lousy ideas. Common sense and self-evident truth tells us this. In keeping with
the kindness principle of the Declaration of Principles this practice is
specifically outlawed. Populations ought to be encouraged to earn as much income
as they possibly can using their innate talents, abilities, and a willingness
to work hard. Higher and lower income citizens ought not be pitted against one
another. Instead each individual ought to be encouraged to reach his or her
highest potential through hard work and self-reliance. Class warfare is based
upon envy which goes squarely against the declaration of principles. It is also
noted that this part of the declaration of principles is going to be extremely
difficult to enforce and it’s adaptation will need to be balanced with the
general rights of free speech and freedom of conscience. Furthermore the
establishment of a minimum wage will be outlawed in order to encourage as broad
and free a work force as possible. The right to work will be enforced and
membership in a union or trade association will not be required to engage in
any economic activity. Dues or fees may not be collected as part of a
representative collective bargaining agreement struck between a union and a
company. Public employee unions must be strictly and permanently outlawed. The
practice of collective barging will be allowed based upon freedom of people and
business entities to enter into legal contracts. Collective bargaining
agreements must agree to hold all member elections in secret. Meaning potential
union members cannot be compelled to advise which way they plan to vote in
their meetings. Unions are known to create an atmosphere of tension between
community, employer and employees which is why they will be strictly regulated.
Any union members caught engaging in criminal activity, including member
intimidation will immediately and permanently be broken. All workers in such a
company will be entitled to keep their jobs as business needs necessitate and
must agree to re-negotiate salary requirements in the event that business
revenue is not sufficient to sustain current wages and allow for company profit
at the same time. Pensions, if offered will be well regulated in order to
ensure they are sufficiently funded, by law if a pension plan does not have
enough money to pay existing benefits then it must reduce benefits to retirees
and to stop offering pension packages until they are sufficiently funded with
annuitized or simple interest bearing investments with a guaranteed rate of return.
Companies may offer current or past employees a flexible future compensation
package as a retirement benefit and invest the funds in stock markets. Such an
arrangement can easily work out much better for the worker in retirement,
however they do run the risk of losing some or much of their investment due to
poor stock performance or poor fund management. Stock options arrangements must
be offered in clear language that educates the potential employee of the
benefits and pitfalls stock market investment. Employers may offer potential
employees a benefits package, strictly on a voluntary, non-regulated basis, for
instance life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, and investment
options those employers can take a tax write off for those benefits which will
not be taxed from the employee compensation package. This will ensure the
restoral of reason and insurance principles in the marketplace and encourage a
wide and flourishing insurance marketplace based upon the principles of only
insuring a pure risk of an insurable interest with an expense that is sudden
and generally unaffordable to the average citizen and will make expenses such
as healthcare, vehicle, life, dental, and other forms of insurance affordable
through the principle of risk pooling and the charging of premium for insurance
    coverage.

–» Environment. The environment has been used as an
excuse to impose all manner of restrictions on individual freedom and has been
the subject of a lot of bad and excess regulation. We all want to be good
stewards of the environment, simply by following the declaration of principles
we will do just fine by the environment. Governments are specifically forbidden
from making any regulation which will restrict in any way the growth of
technology, the public economy, individual freedom or individual
responsibility. When the contest is between human progress, and this is by no
means a complete list, i.e. power plants [nuclear, coal fired, et al] as well
as the mining and drilling of precious resources such as oil, silver, platinum,
diamonds, or gold and on the other side the argument is being good to the
environment. The side of progress, i.e. building a power plant, drilling for
oil, or mining for precious resource must win every time by law. However companies
may be fined for willfully causing harm to the environment through
irresponsible or niggardly practices. For instance the improper disposal of
nuclear waste. This power is to be extremely limited and restricted to the
purview of local governments such as city or county governments. National
governments will have no power in this area of regulation whatsoever. The
regulations will be locally applied and enforced. Companies, individuals, or
groups of individuals may issue legal challenges to the courts if they feel
that a particular regulation is onerous. If the regulation does not survive a
legal challenge, the local government must repay or replace any property
confiscated and return any tax or fine collected. To discourage the creation of
expensive regulations or regulations that don’t make sense the local government
will further be required to pay reasonable legal fees to the side harmed by an
unreasonable regulation. Global warming is an acknowledged and discredited hoax
which violates the kindness to one another provision of the Declaration of
Principles. Science is not up to a debate, science is what is. Human beings
have made incredible advances, however there is still a great deal that is
unknown about climate and modern advancement’s effects on it. Based upon what
is known, there is no justification whatsoever to impose any regulation, tax,
or fee in the name of reducing climate change, global warming, global weirding,
or whatever other term progressive forces wish to use. Quite simply we have little
if any effect and it’s not worth spending money to try since member governments
have agreed to act in the best interest of their people.

I had to split it in 3, but I got it out there my idea to scrap and replace the UN with an alliance based upon principles.

Ted Cruz was my guy but Rand has changed everything with his proposal.
Interesting how his tax rate aligns with my own ideas of the maximum
amount of taxation that’s moral, namely 15% or less. Anything over that
is clearly immoral, AKA theft. Rand on taxation .. you’re doing it
    right!
