Well, I KNOW that they did not use the term “African”, or “African-American” in the race field in the 60′s.  They used ‘negro’, as it is the proper term for the race of a person. ’African’ would have been considered a place of birth, or the nationality of the person, not their race.  This obviously fake birth certificate lists his father has African, and it does not list his race at all, which also proves it is a fake, because the race field was definately there in the 60′s; they did not remove that part, nor did they offer it removed until the mid 80′s.

As someone whose job it is to carefully examine electronic documents for authenticity, I have to say that the “layering” issue as shown in the sheriff’s presentation is very shocking, and I would love to hear the explanation from the document’s source.  (Forged documents are commonly produced precisely using layering techniques, and I know of no other plausible explanation for it.)  This whole ‘documents/certificates’ issue had always seemed like nonsense to me before.

 Let me note, however, that it is very easy for a document’s producer to simply “merge all layers” before saving the file;  if that were done, such a discovery would have been nearly impossible.  For this reason, the timing and release of documents is suspect in my opinion.  I suppose it could have been done intentionally for someone to discover, for example to divert attention.  (Remember that this ‘qualification’ issue was raised by Clinton;  she ended up losing to Obama.)  Can’t someone (reporter @ press conference, etc) publically request an explanation, if not demonstration, of how these documents were digitized?

Regardless of where Obama was actually born, it is clear that Obama is not mentally or culturally an American.  He spent his whole childhood outside of the continental U.S. and much of that time in foreign countries.  Obama sees America through the eyes of an outsider.  He rules over America as a foreigner who has a big chip on his shoulder about America.  He dislikes everything about America and wants to change all of our history and traditions.  Its the mindset that counts, and in that regard Obama is not an American.

The real question that needs to be asked and no one does is “What did he declare at 18 as his nationality?” See, I have a friend who is Puerto Rican, His father was from there, his mother was from Columbia but had immigrated to PR. He was born in France while his father was on active duty in the military. At 18 he was required to declare if he was American (born on US military base), French (born in that country) or Puerto Rican (his parents nationality.) So, at 18 did Obama declare himself Kenyan(or even possibly British) on his fathers side or American (his mothers side and possibly physical place of his birth.)

He loves NCAA Basketball, American Rythm and Blues, BBQ, dogs, hot dogs, golf, his wife, his kids, GM etc. He is not a thief. He worked very hard to pay for his own school. Recently admitting that he and Michelle paid off their school loans only about 10 years ago. To accuse him of stealing and being a thug or from a family of thugs doesn’t hold up. The original birth certificate and school records being denied to the American people can’t help but raise questions and suspicion. Why are they not being made available? Things are never hidden unless there is something to hide. All could be made available, if BHO wanted them to be and HE does not.

He is OUR President and we have a right to know. What reason can be offered to explain why we are purposely being kept in the dark? Would any of you have a problem releasing your records, if you were President? I would have no issue with this. The President is a servant of the people, not the other way around.

 Like you, I have serious issues with this “official copy” of the birth certificate. I want them to bring out the ORIGINAL hard copy.  Tests on the paper and inks would show if it is a true original of that time or not. Let’s not forget to see if it matches the official released copy copy.

If only some things in life could be as easy to settle as this could be.

Ooh, i see now what I’m failing to properly convey. It’s not that he was ‘poor’, per say, it’s that he was simply low-class.

It’s one of those things that’s hard to pin down, really. For instance, a childhood friend of mine is a lawyer, and his brother’s a doctor, but they still have that ‘poor’ mindset where they grew up jealous of people with money. Part of this is due to the fact that they were both poor as children, yet they both went to one of the nicest private schools in the area. This is the ‘poor’, low-class mindset I’m talking about. Friends i’ve grown up with, and the many fucked-up women from rich families that I’ve dated, have all but completely unlinked the idea that money=class as some 1:1 ratio as you may believe.

Obama has a poor-man’s mindset. Whether that be from a broken home or financial troubles hardly matters.

The original point I made was that this is NOT an un-American view. Low-class/ poor Americans are still American, even if many of them fail to understand why their nation is great, and why others call America the Land of Opportunity. Somehow Obama missed that. He believes America is the Land of Free Stuff From Rich People. This, of course, is not what America was founded on. It was founded on limited government and liberty and NOT stealing from those with money to give to the destitute. Rich people have no responsibility to heal the poor – it’s not their focus and it shouldnt
be. That’s what religion is for. If Democrats really want to help the
poor they could start by defending religious practices in society,
including Christianity, which (shockingly, I know) is based on love,
giving, and forgiveness. If you want to enrich the poor then give them
good values in life by showing them what it means to be honorable; to have
and show respect, and to take responsibility for their actions. That is
NOT the America that Obama wants – he simply wants to elevate the poor by
giving them money. To think that would help the poor is so ridiculous that
it makes me question whether that is why he does it. If Obama wants to
help the poor then he should be a religious leader and help the poor for
the right reasons, but that’s not what’s happening. Obama is not
interested in helping the poor, but in destroying the rich. Apparently
Obama wants to bring about change by collapsing the economy intentionally.
How that fits into his broader agenda I don’t know for sure, I’ve never
studied Marxism or Communism (although I know full well the results of such
societies).

At some point Glenn, Stu, and Pat are going to have to eat crow and accept the fact that the birth certificate presented on April 27th is a FRAUD.  It was computer generated and is not even a good forgery.  Sheriff Joe and his researchers have shown the multiple areas that surround the validity of the BC.  In addition to this obvious fraud, the Social Security number 042-68-4425 that Barry Soetoro AKA “Little Barry the Illegal Alien Usurper” has been using and it won’t even pass the country’s E-Verifiy authentication system.  This enemy of the United States illegally occupying the White House also presented a phony Selective Service registration, and does not even own the house on Greenwood Avenue in Chicago.  Try Harrison J. I will personnally be surprised if we even make it to the next election without A). I was born during the great depression, when just about everybody was poor. I do not think that gives anyone an excuse for stealing, looting, etc. Most people I knew during my childhood worked hard at any job they could find to feed and support their families, and they were honest. Today’s so-called “poor” regard living off the fat of the land, with free food, housing, medical care,  etc., as their right, but the truth is still that there is no “free” lunch; somebody has to pay for it, in this case the taxpayers, poor, middle class, and rich. Shockingly, at least half of Americans are on some type of welfare, and people on the food stamp program have doubled since Obama became president. Shameful? Yes, it is, but the shame is upon the people too lazy to work at whatever job they can find, feed and take care of themselves and their families. Too busy trying to find a way to steal and rob working people, often to buy drugs, they figure only suckers work for a living. Their kids grow up on the streets to become the next generation’s welfare recipients.

david, I wish that were true, and its hard to understand why you would wish anybody into poverty and how that could be good for someone.  I’m not white collar, in fact I spend twelve hours a day taking care of little sniffles, stubbed toes, and tooth aches in the ER.  I’m a big advocate of extending a hand and lifting those up that want and need a hand.  However everyday I see dozens come into the ER for the pure reason of getting a work excuse, cause they simply know for them its worth more to fall onto the system than go put in a hard days work.  David I understand there are those who work hard, and raise families, and struggle, I can remember a time when I was drinking dehydrated milk, and warming the house with a stove. But my family always taught having a dream and working hard was the way to go.  Our society is being taught exactly how to work on the system, and what their being taught is nothing about getting their hands dirty.  An example, a nineteen year old came into the ER with her third pregnancy.  When educating her about her options she opens up and says ” Well if I have three kids and no baby daddy I could gets some good housing for free”.. WHos teaching this and please tell me she’s working 59 hours a week, and I bet she didn’t put anything into the tax system, other than the grande latte she carried in with her.  Use some common sense We live in the greatest country but if this continues david we will all get what your wishing for JAY.    

I have called Glenn and couldn’t get through I’m not surprised. I have emailed twice and at some point perhaps this  be researched. I have heard on another program that 26 states for this 2012 election will be tabulated in Spain by a company called Scytl which is owner by Pere Valles , a well known ultra liberal who donated heavily on Obama’s 2008 campaign. There will be no verification (surprise) and no tracking.Why do we need our American votes counted overseas? If this is true one can only think fraud and a stolen election. Is this why Obama sounded so confident when telling Russian Pres. on open mic “After my next election I’ll have more flexibility”. Why is Fox not reporting this and all the conservative radio shows bringing this up. If Obama wins even by the slightest margin this country will be in an uproar with nothing of value being done for America for another four years. I know because I AM TEA PARTY!!!   I’m not rich, In fact, I went back to school because I’ve been out of work since 08 and no hope of employment without updating skills. THE THING IS I HOPE TO BE ABLE TO SUPPORT MYSELF, PAY OFF STUDENT LOANS, OTHER DEBT, AND MAKE ENOUGH TO BUY NEW CARPETING, (Mine’s 36 years old and has holes in it.)  Replace an aging and expensive car, and maybe make it back into middle class for a while before making it into that 1%.

I too started my adult life poor through bad choices (as not in finishing high school) on my part but you know what? My husband and I never asked or relied on other taxpayer support with two small children. Our parents helped us as much as they could. The rest we did ourselves by working and doing without and we did without a lot! But you know what? We were happy because we scraped and saved until we were able to buy our first house (at age 18) for $6500. It didn’t even have a bathroom, only an outhouse, but it was ours. We fixed it up ourselves by direction and help of older family members and sold it 3 years later for $12,500. We kept our credit in good standing.

We took all the profits from this house to buy a bigger house for $25,000. My husband would keep getting laid off almost every year for several months, year after year, and then I would find a job (at much less pay but enough to keep the wolves from the door) until he would be called back to work. Finally he gained enough seniority in his job not to get laid off. I went and got a book and studied for a G.E.D. and got my high school diploma

That is when we sold this house six years later for $36,000 and we built a new home in the country. Once we knew our children were responsible enough to take care of themselves when one of us were not there I went to college to get my nursing license and graduated the same year our oldest graduated high school. I did not have a taxpayer funded loan, only a $2000 dollar loan from a local business which I paid back myself in the first year I worked in Nursing.

I guess what I am saying David, is that all parents should start their lives poor to know what that is like and not want that for themselves or their children. To love their children enough to sacrifice and work hard to pull THEMSELVES up so they have the pride in their own hard work to have the true AMERICAN DREAM.

That is my prayer for this country.

If you were raised in poverty then it would stand to reason that by the time your an adult, you would have moved from the poverty level, regardless of the current economy.

David,  Some of the poor have Nike shoes, no job and no parents who have ever had a job.  Neither my kids or myself ever had Nike shoes but I sure paid the taxes ( was in about the 96% highest paying bracket) for those poor kids who did.  I also paid for there housing, food, clothing etc… I also worked a minimum of 59 hours a week.  Paid my fair share of taxes and paid for many many many poor peoples fair share who never have done any more work then go to the nearest government office and demand my money for their disadvantaged state of affairs.  I doubt they spent 59 hours a week to do that, and that makes up more of the poor, then the poor you talk about.  Those who will not work, should not expect to live off me.  If we have generations of inner city people who do not work, do not complete even high school and have no intention of bettering their own situation, then it should be up to their families and Liberals ( who surely want to share their own paycheck) to give them the lifestyle both seem to think they deserve.   And before you get into living in poverty you probably should know that the six years I spent in the Navy with my wife, we lived at below poverty levels.  That was only a step we took towards getting our education and skills together so that we could actually get a job that paid better.  The Federal Government spent an average of over $20,600 since Obama has been president per poor person according to their records, and by that acknowledgement, there could not have been any poor people.  Either the Federal Government has committed fraud or lied, but in either case they had plenty of money to deal with poverty.  Fix the Government if there are still poor, as there cannot be poor when they earn more then people with jobs according to the Governments own financial statements.  Lastly, there is no guarantee of lifestyle in the US Constitution, so it is not a civil or justified right for the US Government to take my earned dollars to spend on people who will not try to contribute to their own lifestyle.  .

You nailed it on the head with this comment!  So true.  I’m one of 10 children whose parents never went on the government dole, not even once!  We’re all successful business people and some actually hire several people, so some of us are job creators.  We were not born with silver spoons either.  Had to pay 1/3 of any income we made starting from 10 years of age, to our parents for support.  Then they sacrificed and most of us went to parochial schools that know how to teach children the basics to succeed.

I’ve worked (volunteered) with a lot of poor people for quite a few years.   I’ve found that about 2/3 of them are poor because of the poor choices they made.  They took drugs, left their families, which in turn gave no hope to the  kids they left and some joined gangs and they also do drugs and commit crimes. 

Some screw around and get pregnant and get more WIC and food stamps because they choose to spread their legs and have fun.   Those are the ones we should sterilize if they expect us hard working people to continue to pay for their food stamps and medical care. 

 Those of us who choose to control ourselves and get married first before having children are doing quite well even though I’m a minimalist and live very well within my means.  I pay my bills and have a great credit score.  I’m self-employed and pay more taxes than someone who works for a company.  All 10 of us own our own companies and/or work for someone else as well to pay our bills.

If you’re going to take drugs, join a gang, commit a crime and just be lazy and irresponsible, then you’re poor because of YOUR choices, not because someone did something to you.  It’s all about the choices in life you make.  Then the OWS crowd expects me to turn over my hard-earned money to lazy asses! 

My father stayed with my mother until her death.  He worked 44.5 years for the same company to support us and taught us responsibility.  Thank you Mom and Dad!!  SIDE NOTE:  We had hand-me-downs, donated clothes,  bologna sandwiches, oatmeal and rice for breakfast and hotdogs or spaghetti for dinner but we all survived well and are successful because my parents taught us well with their example!!

Yes John you are correct. That is why a person has to be a naturalized citizen. Both parents are to be American citizens that have been born in America. Then all the other reasons that you have claimed fall into place. So it is VERY IMPORTANT that the President of the United States be a naturalized citizen.

His mother married a man in Indonesia that worked for an Oil Company and traveled to the U.S.  Doesn’t sound poor to me!  Then, Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro also made $150,000 a year until she died.  That also isn’t poor!  Obama was always educated in exclusive schools in the U.S. Someone paid for the schools he went to in Hawaii.  His grandmother worked for a bank.  Where do you think he was poor?????  This guy did not grow up in the getto of Chicago.

He used Affirmative Action to his full advantage. He even claimed he was Kenyan in order to qualify for scholarships.

Besides, it’s not his money. He didn’t go out and earn all the cash needed for college.

There absolutely is a disconnect between generations. My parents, for instance, have a middle class income and they live comfortably – I live with them so I live comfortably, too. However, even though I’m living like someone in the middle class, in a very real sense I’m very poor; I have no disposable income. Being that I’m in this environment, I still have a middle class mindset: I understand the value of hard work and independence (I haven’t always lived at home, but have fallen on hard times after college).

Furthermore, I’ve dated women whose fathers are rich beyond belief. You’d think that because they have money my girlfriends would have had class – sadly I found that not to be the case. Drugs were a big part of their lives, unfortunately. At one particular yacht club I found the high-society folk to be a sad, sorry bunch. They all drank too much and were generally unfriendly. The point being: we are not who our parents are – one can come from a high class society yet still be a junkie or dirty hippy Occupier. It’s a mindset.

I’m speaking on purely societal terms: Don’t get caught up on how much
money Obama had or has – Obama has a poor man’s mindset towards America, no
matter what his family owned or whatever society he was raised in. I know
that mindset well because a lot of my friends were poor growing up, too.

Don’t get me wrong: I’m not pitying the man. I’m the poorest I’ve ever
been but I’m also the happiest. Obama having a ‘poor man’s’ mindset isn’t
a shameful thing, but it certainly goes a long way in explaining his
decision to follow Marxism and Socialism.

Glenn Beck writes a book called Cowards, and he and the other conservative hosts should be included in that book also. They write and say with indignation that the birthers are crazy, but there is a myriad of facts that prove Obama is hiding something.  If, IF, they actually consider themselves seekers of the truth prove the birthers wrong, don’t just name call.  Three things to ponder, why did Obama seal his records and pay over a $million to attorneys to keep it sealed; why did he put a document purported to be his birth certificate on the official white house web site and every adobe user, amateur and expert, has proven it to be a multi-layered document; and the definition of natural born has been clarified by the supreme court in the 1880′s as any one born where both parents are citizens (naturalized or by birth) of the United States, Obama surely is not by his own accounting of who his father is. Hopefully, Glenn will stop being a Coward and “question with boldness”, the truth. There are thousands upon thousands of working poor, who struggle day after day, but there is no question that the brown race is edging ahead of the white race because of the decay of morality; i.e., having children out of wedlock, women on welfare having baby after baby to collect more welfare. No one denies respect for those who are productive and help carry the weight of the needs of this country, nor is there a lack of respect for legitimate families who take responsibility for their own children. The moral decay in this country is the foundation for resentment and anger. There are not very many of us who are descendants of the very wealthy who came to America and were successful in building industry. Most of us are from lines of immigrants who worked for a pittance and lived in squalid row houses until, as the years passed, workers were able to live better lives…..the reason they came to America.  All these years later, however, how many very wealthy families are there in America?  My family were poor farmers and laborers. I am by no means wealthy.  I worked from age 16 to 72, and I’m still not wealthy; I just barely get by. I never took a dime that I didn’t earn.  Obama has no conception of who built America, and the “I’m descended from slaves and you owe me” doesn’t buy it for me.  We’ve evolved from hard-working people to people who are intimidated by those who don’t work and don’t want to work.  They think the Government is one big pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.  As the man in line at the welfare office said, when asked where he thinks the government gets the money they pay out in welfare, “They’ll just print it out.”  As the black woman in Grant Park said the night Obama won the election: “Oh, my God, he’s going to pay my mortgage and I’ll never have to work again.”  That’s the message Obama conveyed to the black community.

Mercedes were ordered they couldn’t have enough,
They knew they deserved them the fight had been tough,
The West would pay for them so they didn’t need to worry,
The aid was pouring in they had to spend it in a hurry.

Mugabe was important now, he’d even met the Queen,

I could not have said it better. I am disabled through no fault of my own. Juvinal diabetes and I worked fulltime until at 45 my legs no longer worked and I now need strong painkillers for neuropathies. I am on disability, I don’t want to be but I must feed my family and put a roof over our heads. I don’t take foodstamps but I could we use cupons from the news paper. I could get help paying for my heat but I went on a utility budget. We buy clothes at garage sales and we get by just fine. I’m not looking for a handout just a hand. I am a Republician and I’m not ashamed of who or what I am. You play the hand that your dealt and someday it could be you in my position. Think you could do it?

I see both sides of this. I grew up dirt poor in the country and I worked my butt off as a kid on our farm to help put food on the table. If we didn’t have food…my Dad fished or hunted.  And if his 3 kids didn’t have shoes or clothes…he sold something he salvaged to pay for it. My Mom and Dad did this until they managed to put all 3 of us through college so we wouldn’t have to suffer any more than we did as youngsters. But in the end, he taught us the most valuable lesson there is – WORK ETHIC.

From college, I went from making a few dollars an hour, or volunteering for free, to being one of the “upper class”… but I did that by busting my butt every day and I have earned every dollar and promotion I have made. But I have never forgotten where I came from. I see all of the poor where I live on a daily basis. They are all around me in one of the poorest states in the nation (West Virginia).  I understand that many never had the opportunities I did…but that is only because they were never taught how to work hard like I was taught. They got stuck in the system and the system showed them how they could sit on their asses and still draw a “paycheck”. Now I throw away ~30% of my income every year so they can continue to sit on their asses and do nothing (but complain). I am all for helping the poor. Like Glenn Beck says, it is folks like us – who are grateful for all we have – that give back. I donate as much as I can to several organizations….but you have to “teach them how to fish” and NOT GIVE THE FISH TO THEM!   My parents NEVER took a dime from the government, even though they qualified for all kinds of aid. They considered it dang near a sin to do so.

I’m a proud American and I don’t mind paying my fair share of taxes (unlike the ~50% who don’t pay any Federal taxes at all)…but I want it to go to programs that really make a difference.  This country has GOT to change or we’re in for big trouble.  The earth is seeing a human population explosion like never before…and there will be too many mouths to feed.

HOW can this birth certificate be authentic, if it was real from 1961 it would NOT state that his father was born in “Kenya, East Africa”, the British Empire established the East Africa Protectorate in 1895, known from 1920 as the Kenya Colony. Well, the jobs numbers show more jobs were being created when Obama’s stimulus took effect, then the republicans took office in November 2010 & started firing teachers, cops & firefighters which made the unemployment rate go back up.
