Glenn heading for prison?

On Today's Program

Glenn heading for prison?

Glenn wants to interview Ignacio Ramos in prison, but there just seem to be so many obstacles in the way of making that happen. What could be the reason? Dateline and various other shows are always interviewing people on death row--even cop killer Mumia Abu Jamaal gets his fair share of media interviews. Glenn is trying to make it happen, and he talked about why on today's program. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

America needs a 12-step program

Glenn has done it again, another column making its way on to CNN's website. This time it's all about how America is losing her soul---who's to blame and how do we fix it? Glenn explains why America should check herself into a 12-step program.

Vets for Freedom

Glenn talked with two Iraq/Afghanistan vets today who are with the Vets for Freedom organization---Marcus Luttrell and David Bellavia. They are trying to spread the word that it's vital for Americans to keep their resolve---because pulling out would be disastrous. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Expelled

Ben Stein is playing with fire by releasing Expelled a new satirical documentary highlighting the fact that the debate seems to be over on how the Earth was created. Stein says about the movie:
'I mean, we basically say it's very hard to believe that something came from nothing and that we don't understand that where gravity came from, we don't understand where the laws of physics or thermodynamics or fluid motion came from, we don't understand how life came from a mud puddle when there was one that was mud and the next day there was life and then a few billion years later there was man. How did that happen? No Darwinist has ever been able to come close to an explanation.'
Stein says the movie is quite possibly the most expensive documentary ever made, so you can go expecting movie quality scenes. Stein is also not holding his breath for any awards---which usually seem to be given out for topic rather than quality. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

More monkey business

Update to a story from yesterday---the woman at the center of the controversy is starting to realize she got screwed out of being a superdelegate. So she's now fighting to get her superdelegate status back. What's Obama to do now? Will he be a uniter or a divider? Glenn explains: Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Your Opinion

Glenn has a major dilemma---does he do the new Christmas stage show right, forcing higher ticket prices? Or does he do the old show at the same prices? He wants to know what you think, take the poll here

Program Update:

Tomorrow Bob Costas will join Glenn on the radio show. Considering that Glenn knows absolutely nothing about sports it should be an interesting conversation. Tune in to the radio program tomorrow to hear it.
