Senator John McCain appears to be celebrating tax day by introducing some tax relief. In a speech today, McCain proposed a gas-tax holiday, a reduction in the corporate tax rate and a simplified tax system. Lower corporate tax rates? Maybe McCain read Glenn's CNN.com editorial?
