Back and Bitter

While Glenn was on vacation, Barack Obama dropped this little message of unity, change and hope when asked why working class Pennsylvanian whites seemed reluctant to support him:'It's not surprising then that they get bitter, they cling to guns, or religion, or antipathy to people who aren't like them, or anti-immigrant sentiment, or anti-trade sentiment, as a way to explain their frustrations.' Glenn's one typical white person who is bitter---at that comment. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Where was Glenn?

What exotic destination did Glenn spend his vacation time visiting? A collection of far left universities on part of his Liberal University Tour for his daughter. While on tour at Columbia University, the guide said that the campus used to be a mental institution before it was a university. They may have changed the name, but the insanity is still very much present within the halls of Columbia University. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Food shortage?

Glenn's sending out a warning---be prepared, because there is a possible food shortage on the way. With the prices of gas and things like wheat going through the roof, we could be soon experiencing some problems with food supply. Stu says he has enough ketchup to get by in case of a crisis, Glenn explains why that's not enough. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here)

Tonight on TV

Food prices are soaring, making a significant impact on families and retailers across the country. Stores now limiting the purchase of staples such as flour, rice and cooking oil because demand is outstripping supply! Glenn looks at the cause and effect, tonight at 7 and 9pm ET.

Finally! Glenn's summer tour schedule has been announced.
