Obama's speech

Barack Obama increased his lead last night and made it that much more difficult for Hillary to make a comeback. The media has decided it's okay to proclaim Hillary's campaign dead---and the calls for her to step out are now everywhere. But why would she--- in the grand scheme of things, not much has changed. Hillary needs the support of the superdelegates and if she can somehow make that happen she'll have a chance. She's now feeling what it's like to be on the other side of a biased media---a media who watched with glee as Obama delivered another hope and change speech, that even Glenn liked. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Big University

Glenn's getting annoyed at the Democrats who keep saying we need to 'take profits' from the oil companies---even though their profit margin is a normal 8%. Instead, Glenn argues, why not turn the media spotlight on America's most prestigious universities like Harvard, who have billions (yes, billions) of dollars in their endowment fund. Glenn calculates they could send almost 20,000 students there per year for free, based on interest alone. Education is necessary, right? Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

A.D.D. moment

Glenn's been talking about purchasing a hybrid SUV recently, which sent him off on an A.D.D. laced rant about women SUV drivers. Glenn suggests that his wife, the gentile Tania Beck, has some sort of out of control alter-ego that appears when she sits behind the wheel of the family SUV, turning her into a tailgating-horn blaring-arm waving maniac. There is an 87% chance that Glenn will be sleeping on the couch once Tania reads this transcript. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Oopsie!

When the 2008 Presidential race kicked off about a billion years ago (or so it seems), there were dozens jockeying for the nomination. Some of the candidates (Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel) never had a chance--but how did the others who did have a chance leave their campaigns smoldering in carbon neutral smoke? The question that remains is what were the biggest gaffs of the 2008 campaign---and thankfully this months edition of Glenn Beck's Fusion magazine has all the answers.
