What Big Oil should say to Dems

On Today’s Program

Big Oil on trial again

Disaster Fatigue?

Despite hundreds of thousands of people dying in the cyclone that hit Myanmar and the earthquake that hit China, individuals in the US have donated only $12.1 million dollars, which is virtually nothing compared to the billions of aid the tsunami and Katrina raked in. Why? Glenn and Stu explore the different theories, including one scientist who says that we are suffering from disaster fatigue. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Anwr or bust

Environmentalists have long argued that we cannot drill in ANWR because of the harm that will be done to the environment. Congressman King talked about it with Glenn on this morning’s radio program. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Billy Joel…again

Dan, one of Glenn’s producers, has long argued that men around 60 years of age shouldn’t be trolling colleges for dates. When the late 50′s aged Billy Joel married his 23 year old wife, Dan proclaimed that Joel was just ‘a dirty old man’ for plucking a hottie from college (67% of you agreed in a newsletter poll taken last year). When Glenn learned Mrs. Joel was in the building today, he did everything he could to create the long awaited Joel vs. Dan confrontation. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).
