Show Highlight:

How to get Susan Sarandon to move out of the country

On Today's Program

Sarandon's out?

The media has already pulled out on the story of Iraq, and they are sticking to the storyline that it's a complete failure. All politicians, for or against the war, say what a great job the troops are doing---the translation that the media doesn't give you is that 'great job' includes killing tons of terrorists. So much so that the head of the CIA is saying that Al-Qaeda is near defeat in Iraq and overall. This is the kind of news story that has people like Susan Sarandon threatening that if John McCain wins, and continues this horrible war that's beating the terrorists, she will move to Italy or Canada. Let's hope it's Italy because it's much, much farther away. No word on if she'll take Tim Robbins with her. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Drill here, Drill now

Glenn was up in Toronto last night to help raise money for the Simon Wiesenthal Center and it was a debate on some of the different things that were happening in the world with Dick Gephardt and Newt Gingrich. Newt came on radio today to talk about some of those issues, and one of them is gas prices. Gingrich thinks that we should drill here and drill now. Here is an online petition that he started, which he believes will help the pinheads in Washington realize that you want to drill through the heads of Caribu in order to get to oil now. Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).

Glenn questioned on GMA

Is Glenn a sexist? That's what GMA and Claire Shipman were trying to get to the bottom of in this piece on Good Morning America that showed all the crazy sexism going on against Hillary Clinton. Perhaps the most interesting part of this interview was the fact that Glenn was wearing pink pants, certainly an interesting choice when being questioned on his sexist comments. Watch the video here

Super Glenn and the Pink Pants

Stu responds to Glenn's comments from yesterday with some "Super Glenn" bits of his own. And of course he couldn't miss the change to bring up those pink pants . . . Read the transcript. (Insiders listen here).
