>>Colbert is at it again - having a laugh at Glenn's expense is something the self-deprecating, pasty white, chubby, girlie man is quite used to at this point in life. Glenn's own staff has been poking fun at his penchant for crying for years and years, so this is not groundbreaking material but overall a funny segment from the mock conservative. Watch it here.
O'Reilly defends Glenn, Rush on Letterman
The cable news king, Bill O'Reilly, made an appearance on Letterman last night to promote his 100th consecutive month as the #1 cable news show and Bill gave a spirited defense of Glenn and Rush that, at times left Letterman speechless. When Letterman asked about a line in the Times article, O'Reilly hit it spot on -- solid stuff from 'The Factor' host. Watch the video here.
Another Dem nominee that hasn't paid taxes
Another day, another Obama nominee has neglected to pay taxes. This is one of two things -- either Democrats like to jack up your taxes so that they don't have to pay them...OR...the tax code is way too complicated. The third explanation is of course both of the previous scenarios. Kathleen Sebelius, Governor of Kansas, is the latest Democrat who apparently doesn't like paying taxes as much as she likes doling them out. Check it out here.
>>Governor Sanford from South Carolina is under full-fledged attack from the left for committing the horrible crime of...not taking money from the federal government! What tragedies will happen when the Governor doesn't take the money that the federal government doesn't have? Governor Sanford wants to do this crazy thing called 'paying down debt' instead of adding to it. What a wacko! Here is what's being said about the Governor for his stance:
*7500 teachers will lose their jobs because of a budget shortfall (if he took the money--what happens when it runs out? Should he wait for another stimulus?)
*The 10.4% unemployment rate in South Carolina will go at least 4% or higher if he doesn't take the cash (as if spending was the only way to solve the problem)
*He's 'playing politics' with South Carolina's future: jobs, health care and schools (even though his term is up and he can't run for re-election)
*South Carolina Democrat John Land says of the Governor"(he is) playing political games while our state suffers. By playing these games, the only thing being stimulated is Sanford’s profilewith the radical right-wingers in Washington. It amounts to nothing more than political Viagra for him."
*And after running on 'change,' Obama and the DNC seem to think running attack ads against Sanford, for simply having a different point of view on an issue. WATCH

New York Times best-selling author Bernard Goldberg writes for Fusion Magazine that the corruption of the media does, in fact, matter. The corrosion that is eating away at their credibility has been happening slowly. Nobody pays attention until it’s too late. Goldberg’s latest book, A Slobbering Love Affair: The True (and Pathetic) Story of the Torrid Romance Between Barack Obama and the Mainstream Media exposes how the media crossed the line from media bias to media activism.
