Chuck Schumer: 'traditional values' are 'over'
In an apparent attempt to demonstrate just how out of touch politicians are with the American people, during an interview Senator Chuck Schumer declared that the days of those pesky 'traditional values' are finally over. This is from the same guy who declared that the American people 'don't care' about wasteful pork spending, so obviously old Chuck has his GPS dialed right in to the heartbeat of average everyday Americans. Glenn reacts and finds he actually agrees with Chuckie on a couple of things...sort of. ( Transcript, Insider Audio)

Stu looks into the lefty blog allegations that people at tea parties are calling for the burning of books. It took Stu all of 2 minutes to find strong evidence that this particular lady was obviously just a liberal trying to be funny - yet somehow the lib bloggers thought it was real. This is the game plan of the left, with one prominent liberal blog even encouraging people to go to tea parties, to bring their cameras and even 'call us' before they go for 'further instruction' on what do to. Are the citizen journalists on the left so inept that they need instructions on how to turn on their own cameras?
