Unemployment rises…again

Unemployment has ticked up, yet again, to 9.8%. A big reason for this is that small businesses hire up to 80% of jobs during a recession — but it’s small businesses that are scared to death of what this administration might do with healthcare, taxes, cap and trade and on and on.
