This Thursday, Friday, and Saturday is CPAC, the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, DC. With a constantly changing GOP primary, a divided conservative base, and a growing grass roots influence, this year’s conference is one that you’ll want to pay attention to. We’ll be hearing from all the major players in conservative new media, like Ann Coulter, Sarah Palin, Erick Erickson, our very own SE Cupp, and many others. You can also expect rousing speeches from the GOP primary candidates trying to get the support they need to take on Obama in November.

As a Glenn Beck watcher and listener, you are knowledgeable on and care about the issues that are threatening the future of our country: the growing debt that is enslaving our future generations, securing our border, the threat against Israel and growing Islamic extremism in the Middle East, and the constant attacks on our faith and the Constitution here at home.

Right here you’ll find CPAC coverage on those key issues and many others facing the country, we’ll let you know where our current and possible future political leaders stand, and what groups are working to bring real change and restore the founding principles of our country.

CPAC is always full of surprises. Last year attendees ran into everyone from Rep. Allen West and Rep. Paul Ryan, to Richard Dreyfuss (you know…the guy from movies like Jaws and Mr. Hollands Opus) and the always entertaining Jimmy McMillan, the guy who wanted to run for office under the “rent is too damn high” party platform. Who, as it turned out, claimed he is a big Sarah Palin fan. This year it looks like the unexpected guest will be ‘Occupy CPAC,’ who is being organized by the AFL-CIO.
