So Glenn started a new diet, but anyone who expects him to stick to it after a week shouldn’t hold their breath. He talked a little about his new diet on radio today, and after running down a list of things Glenn is currently eating - this diet doesn't stand a chance.
“I don't know how I'm going to survive on this stick diet that I'm supposedly -- I mean, I'm counting the days before it starts. We have to, like, completely redo everything. You know, we have to, like, throw out all the food that we have in our -- yeah, get rid of all. Like everybody's going to be on this stick diet,” Glenn said.
“I mean, this is vegetarianism to, like, the tenth power. It's ridiculous,” Pat said of the new diet.
Glenn said his whole family is going to joing him on the new diet. “You think you are going to feed me a beet and a stick and then you're going to sit over there with something yummy and expect me to be able to do it?”
Among the things Glenn can eat: Beets, Celery, water, and ginger. “Let me stop and buy some rope to hang myself,” he joked.
Stu accused Glenn of being close-minded about food, to which Glenn started to insult cannoli’s and other Italian food. “You think you like cannoli because you like the line from The Godfather,” Glenn joked in reference to the famous line “Leave the gun, take the cannoli.”
The conversation led to a discussion about ricotta cheese, The Cheesecake Factory, and Taco Bell. Watch the video for more.
