George Soros’s personal Glenn Beck hit squad – also known as Media Matters for America – is working hard to indoctrinate new members in their crusade against everyone’s favorite talk show host (ok, third favorite – but you’re on GlennBeck.com). Glenn laid out the numbers between the left’s astroturf strategy and Glenn’s smaller – and more honest – approach to the truth.
“Media Matters' CEO discusses training program to combat Fox News. Matt Butler said, quote, countering all the misinformation that comes out of the rightwing media is really tough. Well, we're only 86 people working here and there's only so much we can do to push back on the volume of absurdity coming out of Glenn Beck,” Glenn said on radio this morning.
Glenn pointed out that there are only ten people who work on the production of the TV show. So it takes eight times the manpower and energy to work against Glenn as it does to produce the show in the first place? ( editor’s note: Oh wait. No that’s wrong. Sorry Media Matters! We caught this one! It takes MORE than eight times because 86 people versus Glenn’s 10 people is no where NEAR enough for you. Don’t ever let Glenn say you all don’t know about creating jobs! Glad we caught that one! You’re welcome!).
“It is much harder to make stuff up and smear people than it is just to report the facts,” Glenn pointed out.
“But you're only on the air for four hours a day. They have 86 employees working on four hours of broadcast minus commercials? And that's ‑‑ they are finding that to be difficult?” Stu asked.
“What's great is they are also having a little camp,” Glenn said.
“And they are going to train a bunch of people. Going to train a bunch of people. And by the way, more good news. Since its inception in 2009, the Progressive Talk talent Initiative or PTI, has trained nearly 100 pundits who have appeared 800 times on television and radio,” Glenn said (editor’s note: Remember that time Glenn got over 100,000 people to show up at the Lincoln Memorial. Totally unrelated, but I felt we should point out the difference between grassroots and astroturf).
“Media Matters uses that metric to pitch donors for more contributions but its leadership believes that the surge of camera‑ready liberals has recaptured now the lost ground in the media wars against conservatives,” Glenn read. (editor’s note: For more on how great these liberal hosts are, click here to see how Ed Schultz is clearly losing this battleground every night of the week ).
“Those [Media Matters trained pundits] don't actually believe anything. That's just all ‑‑ those are just hired people to speak. And they're training them! They're training the hundred pundits to go out and be on television. This is insane,” Glenn said.

You can’t train someone to un-suck,” Fox News host Greg Guttfeld said Wednesday night in response to news that George Soros-funded Media Matters would operate a “boot camp” operation to train more “anti-Fox freaks.” To illustrate what this seminar might look like, the Red Eye team goes to the robots:
