Mika Brzezinksi launched into yet another attack on the wealthy in America, saying, “I just don't understand how why with top earners doing better than ever why they can't be a part of this equation. I'm sorry. It would be a lot easier to swallow. And if you looked at the New York Times yesterday and you saw the top 30 earners including some of the people who drove us into the ditch, all white men, by the way, just one woman. And I didn't see any African‑Americans. I think we have a problem that we need to address as a society. Sorry.”
It’s just another example of the progressives in this country attacking people for their success.
You can see her full remarks below:
“You see what's happening? This is exactly what we told you would happen over a year ago. We said when it all came down, the last thing they would do to set us on fire was they would go after the rich and they would go after race. And that's exactly what's happening right now,” Glenn said.
“And have you noticed, too, it's not enough anymore to say the wealthiest 1%. Now they've narrowed it down to 30 [people],” Pat said.
“We used to look at people and say, you've made something of yourself, you've done something, you've accomplished. You must know something and we can learn from what you know. We don't do that anymore.,” Glenn said. Instead, people now look up to the academics and college professors as heroes, even though some (coughFrancesFoxPivencough) are looking to collapse the system.
“We should look at the top 30 wage earners and find out how many people the top 30 people employ. I mean, Bill Gates alone, what is it, 50,000, 100,000?” Pat said.
“You can take away all of the wealth from coast to coast. You can take everybody's, from the poorest to the richest. You can take the homes, you can take the land, you can take the cars, the bank accounts, everything that you're about to make and spend for the entire year, everyone and everything in the United States and you still cannot pay this debt. Do you have any concept of that?” Glenn said.
