During a speech, Paul Krugman said, "Reagan was best known for talking about the welfare queen driving a Cadillac - which was made up. He never said what color she was. He didn't have to."
"This is amazing. Listen to his racism. There's a story that Reagan used to tell about the welfare queen in a Cadillac that was made up, okay. Krugman is saying this is a made-up story. The story doesn't exist. Got it? The welfare queen that had a Cadillac doesn't exist. And the President, he says, never said what race the welfare queen was, but he didn't have to," Glenn said.
"The President (Reagan) didn't say what color, but beyond that she didn't exist," Glenn exclaimed. "She doesn't exist!"
"This is him putting out what he believes a person on welfare looks like and acting like conservatives believe that," Stu said.
