Dana Milbank, a reporter for the Washington Post, has gone after Senator Joe Lieberman for his support for the ‘Restoring Courage’ event in Jerusalem and has accused Glenn of being an anti-semite. We aren’t sure why she has such an issue with Glenn – she has tried to make her career on muckraking against Glenn – but her attacks today are just plain distortions and misrepresentations of Glenn. Is she as bad a liar as Wiener?
“I don't know what makes her so sloppy, but she doesn't check any of her facts, makes up a lot of her facts,” Glenn said. “And she's made it her mission to bring me down.”
Unfortunately, almost no one read her book so her mission has so far been a complete failure. Nevertheless, she has used what little power.
“That is amazing. It goes on to say all these unbelievable lies and smears and half truths,” Glenn said of her article.
Among the lies are the assertions that Glenn was fired from FOX News and has only done a “couple” of shows on the evils of anti-Semitism.
“That's interesting because you've been talking about this for years and years and years and years and years. In fact, as long as I have known you, you've been talking about this and it's been getting more intense because of the situation and the opposition from Islamic extremists getting more intense,” Stu said.
“ If there is anybody who has done more on Israel, more to warn people of the anti-Semitism in the Middle East that is coming our way and more that has warned the American people of this, if there's anyone in the media anywhere, you let me know. I would like to meet them,” Glenn said. He noted that he received his first death threat after doing an episode on CNN about the dangers of Islamic extremism.
“ I'm sure there will be a new book out based on this conversation,” Glenn joked. “And it will sell over three copies.”
