Stop the presses - The Daily Beast, a left wing rag of a website, actually acknowledged that one of Glenn's many predictions has come true! Which one was it?
Does this mean Glenn Beck was right? Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark is succeeding despite horrible reviews last year, according to The New York Times. The show’s producers are now saying for the first time that they think they can recoup their entire investment from the show’s Broadway run (previously, they said they thought they would need national and overseas franchises of the show). Still, the show will need to be a long-running hit along the lines of Wicked or The Lion King, as producers invested $75 million and the show brings in between $100,000 and $300,000 in profits each week. To keep up audience interest, the show’s producers are considering adding new scenes and songs to the show each year.
Wow, so out of everything Glenn has predicted that has come true THIS is what you manage to cover?
"This is the one? This is the one that they go for?" Glenn joked.
But hey, it does give us a reason to post this picture of Glenn hanging out with Bono backstage again (he loves this picture and it makes Stu pretty angry)
