During Tuesday night's Democratic debate, many questions were "kind of" answered. Parts of the debate felt like SNL, but the majority seemed rather friendly. Benghazi, email scandals and Black Lives Matter all came up. But one question CNN's Anderson Cooper asked all of the candidates stood out in particular.
"Which enemy that you made during your political career are you most proud of?" Cooper asked.
Clinton's response was pretty memorable.
"Well, in addition to the NRA, the health insurance companies, the drug companies, the Iranians; probably the Republicans," Clinton said.
The D.C. media and media at large are most likely going to completely ignore this. Isn't this a rather big issue? Why would you alienate yourself from 50% of the country with a statement like that? How will this sit with Republicans if Hillary wins the nomination?
It was an interesting answer, especially coming from someone who claims she can be the catalyst in uniting this country.
