GLENN: You know there is a story -- hang on -- that comes from England today that I find amazing. Republicans, Republicans, listen up. Britain's conservative party, the Tories, they have been -- they have had their own environmental czar, they have proposed their own quality of life policy group, they have proposed taxes on landfills and big cars, they have stopped investments in air and road infrastructure. It was a conservative member of the parliament that declared that domestic plane flights should be taxed out of existence and people should be ready to just use and rely on trains. You know what? The Tories got together and said, what the hell are we even doing? What are we doing? Lose election, lose election, lose election, lose election. Pretty soon they decided, wait a minute, why should we be environmental light? Why should we just be -- why should we co-op some of their ideas? You know how they -- you know what they've done? They've said all of this stuff, stop it, right now. We don't buy into any of this stuff. And they've had a change of the old guard. They've stopped being, you know, what our Republicans are right now, which are Democrats. The Democrats became socialists and Marxists. The Republicans became Democrats. Well, there's a big number of people out in the country that don't want to be either one of those. They want to be more libertarian, smaller government, pull yourself up by the bootstraps kind of a country, the country that we were built on. There's a lot of people out there. Well, they just figured it out, the Tories did in England. In the polls now the new Tories, the ones that actually rediscovered their conservative roots? Attention, Republicans. They now lead by 22 points.
