GLENN: I want to track down all of the stuff. You know, show me I'll show you the photos of her daughter where they say she's got a pregnancy bump. Well, it doesn't take too much investigation to find out that that picture was two years old. So there's no way her daughter was pregnant with Trig for two years. Then the pictures of, look at she's not pregnant at all. Look, she's not pregnant. Really? How about this picture? And it's a picture of her meeting with people. She was doing, was it a series, Joe, on the Alaskan TV? And she was doing a series and so they were filming her all the time when she was pregnant with Trig, and it's clearly, clearly she's pregnant. And yet you could sit down, you could sit down imagine, imagine. You are a soccer mom and then you became city council woman and then you became the mayor and then you were on ethics committee. And you decided, I'm going to rat this out because this is not, this is not the right direction.

It's like you know they say, "Earlier she was..." she's a mom! She's a mom. She got into politics. She started to see what was going on and she went, wait a minute, hang on just a second. And she gets out. She's closer to us. That's what we should be looking for, and I'll take it from either party. You've got to be smart, you have to have judgment.

Then she becomes the governor of Alaska and this is when I talked to her. She's smart, she's on the ball, she knows what's going on. She knows the position of the energy crisis in America. She uses common sense to figure things out. She has a baby, Trig, with Down Syndrome. Here's what you can't imagine. As you are sitting down with your family because the Republican candidate for President, a guy who is, let's be honest, as old as Father Time, a guy who if he was in office for eight years, there's a chance that for the first time in our history there is a God forbid chance that both of these vice presidents could be the President of the United States. And if you think that's wrong, you are lying to yourself or you're a dope. So this time, maybe the first time in my life, both vice presidents count. So when she gets that call, she realizes, I could be the next I could be the next vice president, I could be the next President of the United States. She had to sit down with her family and talk about it and she knew at the time that her daughter was pregnant, five months pregnant. She knew that her daughter was unmarried. Has a ring on her finger but unmarried. Imagine that conversation around your table. Imagine the conversation that you would have. I'll bet you the conversation included mom looking at the daughter and saying, "Honey, they're gonna come after." Now imagine, imagine how the daughter feels. Getting pregnant unmarried. Everyone in town knew about it. This was not a surprise. Mom's not trying to cover it up. The people in town knew that her daughter was pregnant. So there's no cover up. But her daughter, being 17 and living in this town, had to think, well, it couldn't be that bad. I'm sure the governor knew, oh, yeah, it will be that bad. But imagine the daughter probably feeling like, "Mom, you're not gonna pay for my choices. I'm not gonna have you pay for my choices. So do it and be the best that you can be." You can imagine that they were gonna come as an adult you can imagine that they were going to come after your 17 year old daughter but then this weekend could you possibly have ever imagined that we live in such a slimy society that people like the Daily Kos, Progressives, the people that stifled any kind of conversation about John Edwards' child that, remember, isn't his, they release on onslaught of how the child the first thing was that Sarah Palin had bad judgment because she started she was giving a speech, she started leaking embryonic fluid and then she flew back home after the speech but it took her forever. And then she drove to the hospital instead of being air vac'ed or whatever I guess you would do where she then delivered the baby. How irresponsible of her. Of course, they don't point out that she was in the hospital, they had to induce labor when she got to the hospital. So in other words, from the people who say, yeah, killing babies after you've tried to kill them in partial birth abortion, you can just throw them in the sink and let them die there, that's not a problem if you don't take your vitamins when you're pregnant, you're in trouble. You're just a bad person. Really? Could you ever have imagined that after that, the next thing they would say is that your child with Down Syndrome, there's only a 1% chance that your child, if you're in your 40s is born with Down Syndrome. Most children born with Down Syndrome are born to teenagers. And so it has to be your teenage daughter's child who, by the way, is also pregnant now and that you somehow or another orchestrated this system to be able to cover your daughter's first pregnancy because you were so horrified by it but not the second pregnancy. You were fine, you told everybody in town about that one because probably just, you know what, she's pumping them out like crazy, might as well be clean on it because I'm tired of faking my pregnancy.

Could you ever imagine as a father, as a father or a mother that you would enter the presidency, the race for the vice president and people would be examining pictures of your then 15 year old daughter and highlighting her belly fat and saying this is proof that she was pregnant. Could you ever have imagined it? You know why Mr. Smith doesn't go to Washington? Because Mr. Smith's family is under assault every day of his life. Mr. Smith is so busy at home trying to protect his kids from the media and the games and the schools and the nonsense and the Internet and the government that Mr. Smith is a little busy right now! While I'm also trying to have a job where I can make enough money to pay for the fuel in my car that I can barely afford, and the reason why I can barely afford the fuel is because the clowns in Washington care more about the environment than my family! So I'm a little busy right now for Mr. Smith to go to Washington. But then if Mr. Smith decides to go to Washington, it becomes incomprehensible.

I hope Mrs. Smith goes to Washington. I hope Mrs. Smith takes on the vipers and the nest of blood sucking vampire bats that we have in Washington and in the media centers of New York and sucks the blood right out of them! And I hope she does it with the class that she has demonstrated thus far, and I don't mean the last four days. Some of us in the media don't have blinders on. Some of us in the media have been watching her for a while. You tell me, you tell me what she should say on Wednesday because I know exactly what I would say on Wednesday. If fact, I just said it. Wednesday we will see whether this woman is Mrs. Smith and whether or not she will go to Washington.

Acclaimed environmentalist and author of "Apocalypse Never" Michael Shellenberger joined Glenn Beck on the radio program Wednesday to warn us about the true goals and effects of climate alarmism: It's become a "secular religion" that lowers standards of living in developed countries, holds developing countries back, and has environmental progress "exactly wrong."

Michael is a Time "Hero of the Environment," Green Book Award winner, and the founder and president of Environmental Progress. He has been called a "environmental guru," "climate guru," "North America's leading public intellectual on clean energy," and "high priest" of the environmental humanist movement for his writings and TED talks, which have been viewed more than 5 million times. But when Michael penned a stunning article in Forbes saying, "On Behalf of Environmentalists, I Apologize for the Climate Scare", the article was pulled just a few hours later. (Read more here.)

On the show, Micheal talked about how environmental alarmism has overtaken scientific fact, leading to a number of unfortunate consequences. He said one of the problems is that rich nations are blocking poor nations from being able to industrialize. Instead, they are seeking to make poverty sustainable, rather than to make poverty history.

"As a cultural anthropologist, I've been traveling to poorer countries and interviewing small farmers for over 30 years. And, obviously there are a lot of causes why countries are poor, but there's no reason we should be helping them to stay poor," Michael said. "A few years ago, there was a movement to make poverty history ... [but] it got taken over by the climate alarmist movement, which has been focused on depriving poor countries, not just of fossil fuels they need to develop, but also the large hydroelectric dams."

He offered the example of the Congo, one of the poorest countries in the world. The Congo has been denied the resources needed to build large hydroelectric dams, which are absolutely essential to pull people out of poverty. And one of the main groups preventing poor countries from the gaining financing they need to to build dams is based in Berkeley, California — a city that gets its electricity from hydroelectric dams.

"It's just unconscionable ... there are major groups, including the Sierra Club, that support efforts to deprive poor countries of energy. And, honestly, they've taken over the World Bank [which] used to fund the basics of development: roads, electricity, sewage systems, flood control, dams," Micheal said.

"Environmentalism, apocalyptic environmentalism in particular, has become the dominant religion of supposedly secular people in the West. So, you know, it's people at the United Nations. It's people that are in very powerful positions who are trying to impose 'nature's order' on societies," he continued. "And, of course, the problem is that nobody can figure out what nature is, and what it's not. That's not a particular good basis for organizing your economy."

Dr. Voddie Baucham, Dean of Theology at African Christian University in Lusaka, Zambia, joined Glenn Beck on the radio program to explain why he agrees with Vice President Mike Pence's refusal to say the phrase "Black Lives Matter."

Baucham, who recently drew national attention when his sermon titled "Ethnic Gnosticism" resurfaced online, said the phrase has been trademarked by a dangerous, violent, Marxist movement that doesn't care about black lives except to use them as political pawns.

"We have to separate this movement from the issues," Baucham warned. "I know that [Black Lives Matter] is a phrase that is part of an organization. It is a trademark phrase. And it's a phrase designed to use black people.

"That phrase dehumanizes black people, because it makes them pawns in a game that has nothing whatsoever to do with black people and their dignity. And has everything to do with a divisive agenda that is bigger than black people. That's why I'm not going to use that phrase, because I love black people. I love being black."

Baucham warned that Black Lives Matter -- a radical Marxist movement -- is using black people and communities to push a dangerous and divisive narrative. He encouraged Americans to educate themselves on the organization's agenda and belief statement.

"This movement is dangerous. This movement is vicious. And this movement uses black people," he emphasized. "And so if I'm really concerned about issues in the black community -- and I am -- then I have to refuse, and I have to repudiate that organization. Because they stand against that for which I am advocating."

On last week's Wednesday night special, Glenn Beck revealed where the Black Lives Matter organization really gets its funding, and the dark money trail leading to a cast of familiar characters. Shortly after the program aired, one of BLM's fiscal sponsors, Thousand Currents, took down its board of directors page, which featured one of these shady characters:

Ex-Marxist professor and author of "Beyond Woke," Michael Rectenwald, joined Glenn Beck on the TV show to fill us in on the suspicious change he discovered on the Thousand Currents webpage and the Communist terrorists who is now helping run the organization. (Fortunately, the internet is forever, so it is still possible to view the board of directors page by looking at a web archive from the WayBack Machine.)

Rectenwald revealed the shocking life history of Thousand Currents' vice chair of the board, Susan Rosenberg, who spent 16 years in federal prison for her part in a series of increasingly violent acts of terrorism, including bombing the U.S. Capitol building, bombing an FBI building, and targeting police for assassination.

"Their whole campaign was one of unbelievably vicious, murderous cop killings, assassinations, and bombings," explained Rectenwald of Rosenberg's terror group known as the May 19th Communist Organization or M19.
