Glenn Beck: A Burning Question for President Obama

Watch Glenn Beck weekdays at 5 p.m. ET on FOX News Channel

President Obama, apparently feeling like there's not very much on the country's "to-do list," is reportedly going to work on immigration reform later this year and hopes to create a path for the estimated 12 million illegal aliens in America to become legal.

What a sweet, sensitive guy he is.

But the one thing he's missing is that it would be a lot faster and easier to just set us all on fire at this point.

Let me show you what I mean:

$3.5 trillion budget; a budget where the only fat they cut out is national defense; growing Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid obligations where the best-case scenario is that we're on the hook for $53 trillion and the worst-case is that we're buried under $1.25 quadrillion in debt.

Overseas, Obama's apologizing to the Frenchy-French for American arrogance, bowing to Saudi Arabia's king and — I almost forgot — closing Gitmo and potentially letting terrorists onto the streets.

Also, on the island of Cuba, the Congressional Black Caucus met with Fidel Castro to try to fix U.S.-Cuban relations, something that would give their tourism industry a billion-dollar boost. And it's no wonder that Illinois Democrat Bobby Rush said about the meeting, "It was almost like listening to an old friend."

And what a friend he's been, especially to his own people. Under the Castro brothers, 93 percent of the Cuban labor force works for the state, with the average worker making a whopping $9 a month; there are also — according to the United Nations — seven abortions for every 10 babies born in Cuba. Sure sounds like a family vacation destination to me!

President Obama now also wants to legalize illegal aliens, at a time when the unemployment rate is 8.5 percent and the underemployment rate is 15.6 percent. It's hard enough for Americans to find a job, without being forced to compete with a whole new crop of workers.

And let's not forget the U.S. military report that Mexico is as likely to collapse as Pakistan. Between amnesty and chaos, clearly I'm crazy to think that anyone would run for the border.

President Obama, why don't you just set me on fire right now? At least we'd get it over with.

If I burned off my fingers, I might qualify for some aid. Now that is progressive thinking.

Whitney Webb EXPOSES the REAL power behind Jeffrey Epstein's sexual blackmail network

Journalist Whitney Webb has a gift for locating power and hunting it in its darkest corners. In her new two-volume book, “One Nation Under Blackmail: The Sordid Union Between Intelligence and Crime that Gave Rise to Jeffrey Epstein,” she exposes the dark truth about Epstein’s extensive criminal operations and the connections to entire networks of power and influence — a web of elites that infiltrates the highest ranks of every sector, including law enforcement, art, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, big business, real estate, philanthropy, media, academia, banking and more.

Webb joined "The Glenn Beck Podcast" to expose just how deep Epstein's vast network of corruption and power really went. Was Epstein a government informant? How big is the scandal's body count? And of course, did Epstein actually kill himself?

Webb's research into transhumanism has also given her a terrifying perspective on the World Economic Forum and tech elites, including Elon Musk. People around the world have had enough of these global elites trying to control their lives, and they're starting to elect leaders who are pushing back. But can these new leaders survive the system that people like Klaus Schwab have put in place?

Webb told Glenn that she believes we're actually facing something much bigger than Klaus Schwab.

Why Kari Lake is '100% confident' she will WIN Arizona

Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake joined "The Glenn Beck Program" Thursday to explain why, with over 100,000 votes left to count, she's "100% confident" that she will win against Democratic candidate Katie Hobbs, who currently still holds a narrow lead.

Kari also gave her thoughts on why the ballot counting has been so slow, why that's "embarrassing" for Arizona, and whether Republican senatorial candidate Blake Masters will also win his election.

We've learned some very valuable lessons from this year's midterm elections so far, but perhaps the most important takeaway should be that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis should be the model for the entire GOP.

"Any Republican that's not willing to look at Ron DeSantis, and see what he did and how he did it, and begin to model themselves after that is a fool. An absolute fool," said Glenn Beck stated on the radio program. "He is not angry. He is not divisive, at least [not] intentionally divisive. That's not his goal. His goal is to be decisive, and decisive people are perceived sometimes as divisive because a lot of people don't want to make changes. It is time to make changes," he stated.

"Second thing, our nation is spiritually lost. Completely lost," Glenn continued. "There is only one savior, and he's not on a ballot. Until we drop the manifest destiny [and] arrogance of 'God's on my side,' we will continue to suffer defeat, hardships, and darkness. And I mean as a nation, we are all going to pay for this. We must be on God's side, and that requires humility."

Glenn went on to say the third big takeaway is that Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) "was and is wrong."

"Lukewarm Republicans are not going to defeat the Democrats," Glenn asserted. "Just not being a Democrat is not enough. And Mitch McConnell should feel the ramifications of this loss. Mitt Romney said just last week, he tweeted that a red wave was coming, and it was all thanks to Mitch McConnell. Well, it turns out he was right. What was coming is all thanks to Mitch McConnell."

On Wednesday night's "Glenn TV," Glenn Beck unpacks the wins, losses, and lessons from the midterms and asks, “Why can’t everyone be like Florida?”

Results are still coming in, but if Republicans take the House, what will they do with a majority? BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere argues the GOP must stop the bleeding and block the worst instincts of the Biden administration. We can’t relax for the next two years and put our hope in a Republican presidential candidate.

Matthew Peterson of the New Founding PAC says, win or lose, “No one is coming to save you”— there are REAL changes you can actually make at the local level. Now is the time to start building careers, communities, and infrastructures that align with your values to better fend off attacks from the Left. “Why be around people who don’t like you?” Make red states redder.

David Barton of WallBuilders brings some much-needed perspective and says the mainstream media was too focused on national issues; there were MAJOR untold wins at the local level. At the end of the day, bold leadership was rewarded.

Finally, Glenn shocks the audience by agreeing with Mitt Romney and apologizes for the creative direction of the graphics featuring Democratic candidates in BlazeTV’s election coverage. Just kidding. They had it coming.
