In the Weather Underground it talks about, In reality, imperialism is a predatory international stage of capitalism. Predatory lending. A predatory international stage of capitalism. Defeating imperialism within the U.S. couldn't possibly have the content which it could be a semi futile country of replacing imperialism with capitalism or a new democracy. When imperialism is defeated in the U.S., it will be replaced by socialism, nothing else. One revolution, one replacement process, one seizure of State power. The anti imperialist revolution and the socialist revolution are one and the same stage. The reason why they're talking about this is because there are people, this he say and I contend that they have changed this. They say that there has to be a two step process. The first stage is get us to throw out, quote, imperialism and predatory capitalism and throw it out, gain control of the system. Then I want to quote this. Then the second is the anti imperialist stage to achieve a dictatorship.
