Why Kari Lake is '100% confident' she will WIN Arizona

Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake joined "The Glenn Beck Program" Thursday to explain why, with over 100,000 votes left to count, she's "100% confident" that she will win against Democratic candidate Katie Hobbs, who currently still holds a narrow lead.

Kari also gave her thoughts on why the ballot counting has been so slow, why that's "embarrassing" for Arizona, and whether Republican senatorial candidate Blake Masters will also win his election.

We've learned some very valuable lessons from this year's midterm elections so far, but perhaps the most important takeaway should be that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis should be the model for the entire GOP.

"Any Republican that's not willing to look at Ron DeSantis, and see what he did and how he did it, and begin to model themselves after that is a fool. An absolute fool," said Glenn Beck stated on the radio program. "He is not angry. He is not divisive, at least [not] intentionally divisive. That's not his goal. His goal is to be decisive, and decisive people are perceived sometimes as divisive because a lot of people don't want to make changes. It is time to make changes," he stated.

"Second thing, our nation is spiritually lost. Completely lost," Glenn continued. "There is only one savior, and he's not on a ballot. Until we drop the manifest destiny [and] arrogance of 'God's on my side,' we will continue to suffer defeat, hardships, and darkness. And I mean as a nation, we are all going to pay for this. We must be on God's side, and that requires humility."

Glenn went on to say the third big takeaway is that Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) "was and is wrong."

"Lukewarm Republicans are not going to defeat the Democrats," Glenn asserted. "Just not being a Democrat is not enough. And Mitch McConnell should feel the ramifications of this loss. Mitt Romney said just last week, he tweeted that a red wave was coming, and it was all thanks to Mitch McConnell. Well, it turns out he was right. What was coming is all thanks to Mitch McConnell."

On Wednesday night's "Glenn TV," Glenn Beck unpacks the wins, losses, and lessons from the midterms and asks, “Why can’t everyone be like Florida?”

Results are still coming in, but if Republicans take the House, what will they do with a majority? BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere argues the GOP must stop the bleeding and block the worst instincts of the Biden administration. We can’t relax for the next two years and put our hope in a Republican presidential candidate.

Matthew Peterson of the New Founding PAC says, win or lose, “No one is coming to save you”— there are REAL changes you can actually make at the local level. Now is the time to start building careers, communities, and infrastructures that align with your values to better fend off attacks from the Left. “Why be around people who don’t like you?” Make red states redder.

David Barton of WallBuilders brings some much-needed perspective and says the mainstream media was too focused on national issues; there were MAJOR untold wins at the local level. At the end of the day, bold leadership was rewarded.

Finally, Glenn shocks the audience by agreeing with Mitt Romney and apologizes for the creative direction of the graphics featuring Democratic candidates in BlazeTV’s election coverage. Just kidding. They had it coming.

During an appearance on BlazeTV's live coverage of the 2022 midterm elections Tuesday, former President Donald Trump repeatedly dodged host Glenn Beck's questions about a potential White House run in 2024, but ultimately hinted at an upcoming "big announcement" that he said would make Glenn "very happy."

Glenn asked Trump if he plans to return to Twitter now that Elon Musk owns the social media platform, which permanently banned the former president in January 2021.

"You know, I have something that I think you're familiar with," Trump said to Glenn. "I have something called 'Truth [Social],' and Truth has been amazing. Actually, I like it better ... and I own Truth also, to be honest with you. So, it's become quite valuable. We have, you know, millions of people on there — millions — and it's gaining rapidly."

Glenn used the segway to ask if Trump would be using Truth Social or any other platform to announce that he will be running for president in 2024, referencing the "big announcement" Trump teased on Monday.

But Trump wasn't taking the bait. "I really like Truth. It's growing so beautifully and honestly ... the Democrats are thrilled that I have that name," he said.

Glenn tried again, asking, "So when you announce that you're running for president next week ... you'll just be using Truth?"

"So here's the good news," Trump said, expertly avoiding the real question. "They really want me. I really had a big impact on Twitter because, you know, when I went on Twitter 12 years ago when it was a nothing, failing platform, and then it became very, very successful. ... Elon wants me to go back on, but I don't see myself going back on it."

"So, let me try one more time," Glenn said. "Are you announcing that you're going to be running for president next week?"

"I'm going to announce that I think you're going to be very happy," Trump replied.
