Humility for me, is the key. Far too often we spout things that we have heard but don't know ourselves, when we succeed, even when we are the central player, we forget all those who made it possible for us to perform at our best. The first is last. The master washed the feet of those of a lower station in life. Great leaders are servants.
The Lord never tells me His whole plan for my life. He always gives me just enough to take the first step. I think it is because He knows, at least with me, if He gave me the whole vision, I would be off building, planning and doing. Instead of thinking, praying and then doing.
Humility is the most impressive trait in any big world figure I have ever met. The bigger they are, the more humble they are, usually. Live to serve and change the world.
We must be people of humility.
