Persecution.
Today's Readings:
Question:
Have you seen an increase in persecution in your own life?
Application:
Today, prepare your heart and your mind for persecution. It will come - the world is growing darker. But will we be prepared to be the light the world needs and to stand until the end?
1. Meditate on the verses above - spend a few minutes writing down what you are willing to be persecuted for. You must decide before persecution comes.
2. Do you know what is happening to those in the Middle East? Take a moment to read an update - stay informed. We do not want our hearts to grow cold and complacent to the persecution.
3. Care for those in the Middle East by sharing with someone today what is happening in the Middle East. Do you friends and family know? Do you talk about it?
MLK Pledge #8
