NJ gym owner ARRESTED for re-opening tells Glenn: 'I'm not afraid of TYRANTS'

Ian Smith, owner of Atilis Gym in New Jersey, first experienced trouble with Governor Murphy when he defied COVID-19 shutdown orders over two months ago. Since then, he and his business partners have been slammed with citations and ridiculous charges DESPITE bending over backwards to ensure gym-goers are safe. Then, the situation escalated this past Monday when Smith was ARRESTED. Now he faces jail time. But he'll continue to fight against what he knows are unconstitutional charges. He tells Glenn, "I'm not afraid of tyrants."
