WOW! Another dunce heard from. Osha provides safe working conditions. Minimum wage is a proper wage, if the job is more skilled, there is more pay. No union needed. Unions were a good thing at one time, but that time is past.

You have to be kidding.  I worked in the consulting business for years conducting envirnmental, health and safety audits at union and non-union plants.  By far, union plants were the worst.  In fact, once I saw used machine oil spilling outside a damaged external wall of a plant and when I reported it to the first random worker I saw, he replied it wasn’t his responsibility and I would have to find “Bill” (not really sure his name was).  Of course, I had not idea who “Bill” was.  This does not happen in non-union plants as often because EHS and Plant Management can make things happen now, not when “Bill” is located.  What a joke.
