Actually, last night had me wondering what kinds of meds he SHOULD be taking. Can you imagine what would happen if Obama were suddenly not in charge? Creepy scary, isn’t it! He reminds me of an African or Haitian dictator.

During the unemployment comments, biden said (in part) 47% of the American people are unwilling to take responsibility for their own lives. My friend recently in a speech in Washington said “30% of the American people are takers.”
He continued on & then said, They are elderly people who in fact are living off of social security. They are veterans & people fighting in Afganistan right now who are, quote, “not paying any tax.”
Now, I am not as up on the Romney/Ryan campaign as many are, but I am positive I have never, even in an accidental slip heard Romney or Ryan say anything bad about our military or say they believe they are “takers” or “they are unwilling to take responsibility for their own lives”. Our military men & women not only give their lives for us, but they GIVE more than many & as VP & a man who’s son was in the military should know is that our military does pay taxes. Federal income tax, state income tax (in some states), social security & medicare.
Trying to insinuate that Romney or Ryan said that or meant it was pathetic & an example of how joe’s mouth loses all control every time his brain kicks in.

The debate last night showed Paul Ryan as a respectful, polite and well informed young man that would be a great vice-president. Joe Biden was dismissive, rude and trying to cover up serious mistakes made by President Obama and himself. He also appeared to have gotten in to too much Kentucky bourbon.

Biden supposedly is the V.P. of the USA, but he even disgraced himself, his family, his close friends and most of all US. He or Obammy doesn’t represent US! Romney is correct about the 47% of people who have no dog in the hunt because they get some kind of hand out and they get all their income tax back plus a bonus called the earn income credit (A type of welfare) in April if they work at all. I am sorry Romney didn’t stand by this statement of fact that 47% of the electorate will vote for Obama or any other Democrat even if that person is destroying his or her country or state. Look at California, Illinois, New York as examples. These states are bankrupt because of 60 years of irresponsible voting. However these people do not see the connection between their states problems and there voting habits.

I have the debate recorded to watch later and I have tried. I can only take it piecemeal. Biden’s antics make me want to be sick. He may be experienced and have some knowledge of some things, but his disrespect of Ryan and constant interruptions and that insidious smile irritate me to no end. Just as Obama had that smile when he was debating. He more or less called him a liar about something the nation knows the truth about.

Former military here. Paid taxes every month. The military is one of the hardest jobs you will ever love. Wish I had stayed in and retired but did not. Of course if I had I would not have the 2 wonderful children, 4 superb grand-children and absolutely beautiful wife I have now. I’m happy.

Just from what you said I can tell that you are giving liberals WAY to much credence for their ridiculous ideas that there should be a limit on how much someone can earn. You don’t need to give an explanation for how you obtained what you have. Did you work for it? Never, ever apologize or try to “explain” seeming wealth and never tell them you are in debt because that just makes you look foolish.
What Obama and all liberals will never know, having never worked a single day in their lives outside of government, either through employment, or more likely, social programs, is that there is no limited resource pool. They believe that wealth cannot be created, only shuffled. Therefore, they are moral people by setting limits on how much any one person can obtain from that pool and anyone who takes one more penny out than the rest is evil and has committed theft. This idea has failed over and over and over again, yet they can’t see it. Why? Because the lowliest little 14-yr-old working at the drive-through window at McDonalds has more work experience in the free market.
Stand proud, my friend. What you have you worked for, whether you are in debt or not. You do not need to explain what you have, your spending choices or anything else. Who would you rather have your children emulate? The moron who believes that he can be brought up by bringing you down, or the person who is grateful for your work ethic and points you out as an example of improving one’s lot in life. I often tell liberals to please, continue to believe that you are incapable of doing anything to change your lot in life.
