There is no mention of the Versailles Treaty that saddled Germany with an enormous debt and unbearable conditions. Perhaps as a young woman she did not understand the larger economic and political issues, that being the case why does her view have any relevance?

 IF I had any confidence in our so-called “justice system” – including our corrupt Supreme Court -, I’d say this:

A treaty signed by the President and approved by a 2/3rd majority vote of the SENATE ONLY cannot trump the protections provided in the U.S. Constitution (e.g. the 2nd Amendment) that was “ratified” by all 50 states plus BOTH houses of Congress (that includes the House of Representatives).  [Don't mean to insult anyone that understands there are two houses of Congress; but, based on the ignorance demonstrated by so many so-called Americans, I've learned to not take basic knowledge of our political system by the masses for granted.]

However, I have no such confidence.

Income taxes are voluntary. I personally know a person of Canadian descent who lived in the US. He chose not to pay income taxes because legally he didn’t have to, not because he was Canadian, but because income tax in the US is optional. The IRS sent him to jail, he got a lawyer and fought. Spent a week in jail and never has to pay income taxes again, because he stood up to the IRS and they lost. Yes, you have to spend a week or so in jail, have the money that he had to get a lawyer to combat the IRS, but he has a lifetime of not paying income taxes now. Was it worth it? You make your choice the next time you file your taxes…

Wouldn’t that be nice? No more gun violence. Imagine all the lives that will be saved once all guns are confiscated. People will feel safe for a change. Now, the big question is who and how are they going to enforce this new law?

Yes, you can choose not to pay taxes it is voluntary. However, then you will also forfeit your right to use any taxpayer maintained infrastructure. 

No 911 security, police will not come to save you if you are getting murdered. You cannot use roads to drive your car as those are maintained by taxpayer money. If you are dying, no ambulance can come to pick you up as even a private ambulance has to drive through the US taxpayer roads. You will have to live outside the zone defended by US military or navy or airforce  as defense forces operate on taxpayer money to save you from terrorists. So you will not be able to live within the US defense border. 

What if MILLIONS and MILLIONS of Americans just went to their employer and increased the exemptions on their IRS Form W-4 (2012) so that ZERO TAXES are withheld and sent to the feds from their paychecks.

This is actually legal and IF millions and millions of Americans actually  did it, it would SERIOUSLY affect the fed’s cash flow.

Taking it a step further, IF the government doesn’t have any of your earnings, you wouldn’t have to file for a refund.  So, why file?  This may be ILLEGAL but IF there were MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of Americans participating in this act of RESISTANCE, the feds would not have the manpower or other resources to find, arrest and prosecute us all.  (I’m sure they’ll find me. But, I shut my business of 27.5 yrs down the end of 2010 to GO GALT. So, I don’t owe any WAGE SLAVE taxes.)  They’d likely be forced to negotiate an amnesty of some kind with WE THE PEOPLE.

Just a thought.  If we actually lived in the “land of the free” and “home of the brave”, I’d think this idea would take root.  But, we haven’t been those places for years now – maybe decades.

Oh well, it was good while it lasted.  Too bad our grandchildren won’t be able to experience the America the founding fathers envisioned.

But, you’re missing the point.  The government has almost unlimited other ways to raise the necessary revenue to provide needed public services.  There really isn’t a need to make WAGE SLAVES of the people.

There are also much better ways to assess taxes and ACCOUNT therefor rather than dumping everything into the General Fund.  However, those methods would not allow the thieves in Congress and the Executive Branch (include the State Legislatures and Ex. Branch too) to STEAL and REDISTRIBUTE the monies.

For years I have been trying to figure out how to educate
others about liberty so they could appreciate freedom as I do.   It is not an issue of education.   Many of those who embrace the policies that
erode freedom are the most educated people in the country.   They are on both the left and the right.

 Our course is
set.   What is happening in America today
is a natural societal evolution.   It is
the same evolution all great civilizations have passed through.   Leaning left or right will not change the course.   Our only choice is how fast we get to the
end of the course.   Do we linger on,
trying harder and harder, as our freedom continues to erode and the productive
people are enslaved more and more to the benefit of the non-productive people,
or is it better to endure the inevitable pain quickly?   Once we complete the cycle and the lessons
are learned, we can start anew.

They have a majority to rule over you politically, and you
will not change that.   So you must
concede they have the power of government… to take from you, for any purpose
they choose.   The only solution is to
deny them the source of their power, your money.   Become one of them.   It will not be easy to accept, it will go against
every fiber of your being.   But as long
as you, the producer, keep doing what you do, you enable others to be your
master.   Your only power at this point
is to deny them your productivity (your time, labor, and your mind) to the
greatest extent that you can.  This will
require a tremendous sacrifice on your part.  
You will have to give up many of the amenities of life that you have
worked hard to earn, to minimize that which they can tax (by not producing or
exchanging goods and services), and that which they can confiscate
(property/assets, by moving off shore what you cannot hide.)

If you can accept what I have proposed so far, you can
further your efforts in the following ways:

Probably the most important thing you can do is home school
your children and challenge the wrongful beliefs children have been taught.   They are the hope for the future.   Teach them right from wrong, the virtues of common
sense,  good judgement, and well placed compassion,
and the benefits competition and free will.

Deny society as much capital as you can, get it out of banks
and investments, but find a way to secure it from government and other
thieves.   Move it off shore if you need
to.   Liquidate all that you can to make
it easier to hide your wealth.   Use precious
metals and foreign currencies that are easy to store/hide.   

Use government programs as much as you can to help
demonstrate that the system does not work.  
You would be surprised what you may qualify for, especially if you get
your income below $30,000.   Programs are available for food, fuel/heating
assistance, rent assistance, home ownership, home improvements, vehicle tax
credits, education grants and loans, medical benefits, prescription drug
benefits, very loose disability benefits, farm subsidies, business subsidies,
empowerment zones, community development grants…..

Move away from metropolitan areas.   These areas are the breeding ground of
anti-freedom policies.   Don’t live in
them, don’t work in them, and don’t do business in them.   Deny them everything you can.

Take advantage of all charity.   Rather than being charitable, become the
beneficiary of charity.   Make use food
shelves, second hand stores, and churches.

Know who you are dealing with.   Taking money from your enemies is good,
giving money to your enemies only strengthens them.

Become independent.   
From home repairs to appliance repair, from growing your own food to
generating your own power, the more you are self-sufficient the better.

Consumption only empowers them with tax revenues and
incomes.   Consume only what is
absolutely necessary.   You will be
surprised what you can do without.   Borrow what you can, buy used instead of new.

Down size your home and pay it off.    A large home consumes a lot of energy and
up keep, and has greater value to be taxed. 
 Borrowed money is another
consumable you should minimize to pay less in interest.

These steps will accelerate us through the last stages of
our society’s evolution.   Only then will
we be able to shrug off the shackles and enjoy liberty as nature intended it to
be.

My only desire is to live free.   If you
wish to take my freedom, I will do everything I can to deny you the means to
take it.

If you believe freedom must be sacrificed for the sake of
security (national, domestic, and social), the question will not be “how much
freedom will I sacrifice for my security”, rather “how much of my freedom will
be sacrificed for insatiable desire for security by others.”   Once you accept a little erosion of freedom
for the purpose of more security it is only a matter of time until you have far
more security than freedom, and evidently 51% of society is embracing their security,
at your expense, over freedom for all.

Two questions;

For how long will you keep empowering your slave

Since our aggregate divorce rate is 22 percent lower than the Christian
Coalition’s, we get a bunch of happy families. You get a bunch of single moms.

With the Blue States in hand we will have firm control of 80% of the country’s
fresh water, more than 90% of the pineapple and lettuce, 92% of the nation’s
fresh fruit, 95% of America’s quality wines (you can serve French wines at
state dinners) 90% of all cheese, 90 percent of the high tech industry, most of
the US low sulfur coal, all living redwoods, sequoias and condors, all the Ivy
and Seven Sister schools plus MIT, Stanford, Cal Tech, University of Chicago,
Northwestern University, University of Michigan and most of the other important
Big-10 schools.

With the Red States you will have to cope with 88% of all obese Americans and
their projected health care costs, 92% of all US mosquitoes, nearly 100% of the
tornadoes, 90% of the hurricanes, 99% of all Southern Baptists, virtually 100%
of all televangelists, Rush Limbaugh, Bob Jones University, Clemson and the
University of Georgia.

We get Hollywood and Yosemite, thank you.

Here’s an idea.  Instead of all 50 — ‘er 58 — states seceding, might we instead agree that upon a certain day, we excrete the Feds control out of our states and out of our lives ?   Return to the states and to the people thereof all public lands within our borders; our schools; our air ; our gold; our tax “investments”; Social Security, unemployment, Medicare, Medicaid, fees, licences, permits, and on and on and on.  Expel D.C. and the parasites, hacks, elitists, and vermin who rule over us.  D.C. can be its own country, walled-in and razor-wired to keep them contained.  There they can administer and legislate all over each other for the rest of time.  Why should we get out of our union ? The invaders are encamped in D.C. Nancy and Harry and Al and Van, Bill and Hilary and Jimmy and all the other thugs and traitors could arrive there via pole vault over the wall or a free parachute drop in.  Permanent shovel-ready jobs await them — digging themselves out of all the crap they’ve dumped on us for decades.                                                                                                                                                       Get us out ?  YES — of the United Nations !!  That building should be seen as the House of Horrors it really is where peace means war and liberate means exterminate.  Some enterprising free-marketeer could make it a must-see destination in memory of the millions of souls slaughtered in the name of “peace” and the billions suffering still in the grip of the never-ending U.N. agenda for global control.                                                                                          Really –’ what this country needs is a good enema.’  A good purge, so to speak. All together now — EXPEL D.C. ! ! !  And, Get US out of the U.N. ! ! !   

    My comment is below starting with, “Here’s an idea….”   And now a reply to John Liberty Galt:  I’ve been wanting to do this for these same reasons for years.  And since the election,  it seems an even more important strategy.  I qualify for all of it as do so many now that the povert standard has been so drastically reduced. And then I’d like to write a book,  I’m Living On The Sweat Off Your Brow.  There was a book out years ago entitled, Pass The Poverty Please, by I cannot remember who, that was screaming the same warning you are.  Obviously it, too, fell on deaf ears.
