Is Glenn getting fat again?

It’s that time of year again where Glenn loses any ounce of control he had left over his diet and begins to pack on the pounds. Despite reassurances from Stu and Pat that Glenn still had ‘wiggle room’ to add a few more pounds before he began looking really bad.     ok, Glenn, you can not FIT inside a MINI-frig. start using a smaller plate. don’t go back for seconds. chew slower. talk during the meal and drink water. Do little things to change your life over the long haul, you deserve to be healthy. holidays are actually more enjoyable if you have tiny portions of your favorite foods, instead of shoveling down mass quantities.

    Beck was talking about his hot chocolate receipt made with heavy whipping cream and Hershey bars.  If he serious he will blow up like a Goodyear Blimp.  

    Beck looks like he is ripe for diabetes and should be careful about his weight.  I do not know what we would do if Glen got sick.

    Diabetes doesn’t suddenly come about, by eating chocolate. He needs to worry about what stress can do to the body.
