Colorado is being used by the Democrats and their backers to create a state-level claim for the establishment of massive Federal gun-control and confiscation legislation.

The Democratic-Socialist party will never relent from their insanity and hatred of our freedoms and the Constitution. They know their window is closing and closing with fierce speed as more and more people wake up to the truth and demand to be heard.

Colorado gun-legislation is about control and power and who will hold onto it in the end – the people or the government.

Power and control, this is what it is all about in the end – power and control and who will wield it in the end.

Did you notice how big, liberal, moneyed Democrats have moved into Colorado in order to take it over? Moreover, what’s happening in Colorado isn’t just about guns, it’s about permanently turning Colorado into a blue state. The far reaching ramifications of this is to keep the White House under Democratic control by cutting off one of the pathways to victory in the presidential election of 2016.

They protect rapist and child molesters but take gun rights away from their people at the same time. The liberals are going to turn the entire state of Colorado into Chicago if good people do rise up and stop them now. It is time to stand for something the good people left in Colorado. I know you’re out their keep fighting and I will pray for you guys.

Colorado has turned into California East, that is what happened.  Horrible traffic, crazy drivers, dirty air, illegals everyplace, schools ruined, no jobs, the list goes on and on !  The saddest truth in politics is that people get the leaders they deserve. Noplace is this more true than in Colorado.  They totally overwhelmed everything in the entire state with their Liberal, Commie beliefs.

  • sparducks

     When will it end?

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/FJDGHJRV332TGLAVIGTMIEOERE JRock

It started with redistricting in Colorado. State Supreme court sold everyone out when they said redistricting had to have constituent makeup that made it fair and possible for either party to win. Democrat Map was accepted as the final map. Suddenly the state has a Democrat Gov, Democrat Senate and Democrat House.

I have lived in Colorado for 35 years.    It was a Republican state (not conservative) when I moved here.     Following several political losses around the early 1990′s Democrats got mad and targeted the state (and particularly Colorado Springs) to try and change the demographics.   They were aided by a large exodus of leftist leaning people from California (who had screwed up that state and now wanted to screw up another).    Colorado Springs went from 150,000 fairly right leaning citizens in 1990 to close to 700,000 in 2012.   Most of the new arrivals seem to be leftist leaning.   I believe that the Democratic party somehow influenced many who were leaving California to come to Colorado and hopefully make it a left leaning state.     Which is exactly what happened.    The Democratic party boasted, back then, that they were going to change Colorado . . .  and I believe they have.

hope they take note on who’s voting for these laws.  2014 is time for a do over.  And why have I only heard of dem’s pushing all of the anti gun legistation?  Has the whole party gone wacko?
They should have never legalized pot.  Dem’s must be getting it comped!!!

  • debrollin

Gun free zones are lawless zones, they had better learn from Chicago!

  • http://www.facebook.com/jules.p.guidry Jules P. Guidry

The answer is simple. The liberals from Caliexico moved to CO and took over cuz the true citizens of that state were not on guard when the influx began. Now they will suffer the same crap that those migrants set up in their home state. And, the ruin to their beautiful state such as the “Moonbeam” state is experiencing now.
Should start to see folks leaving CO for more patriotic and freedom-loving states any time now.
Dejavu all over again. Freakin’ commies.

  • greywolfrs

Another B S erroneous statement, the gun laws are solely due to Californians moving to Colorado, what a crock.

  • greywolfrs

Yeah, it’s all due to liberals from CA. It couldn’t be the liberal education system and home-grown people coming of age. What a crock.

  • http://www.facebook.com/william.vining.3 William Vining

So you think there is like, some organized force in California, exporting liberals to other states? In the pay of George Soros, I assume. Are they ferried there by black helicopters, or are they being teleported via Chem trail?

  • http://www.facebook.com/william.vining.3 William Vining

Perhaps if you win an election…….

  • http://www.facebook.com/william.vining.3 William Vining

I think it’s time most normal Republicans wake up to what Karl Rove is saying, that we need to kick people like you out of the GOP, you make the rest of us look bad with all the lunatic ranting.

    VANTICAN == Roman Law Rule
Washington D.C.Uploaded by anonymoustruther2 on Mar 9, 2011What are the
three city states and do they rule the world? The flag in Washington’s
District of Columbia has 3 red stars, each symbolizing a city state within the
three city empire. The three city empire consists of Washington D.C., London,
and Vatican City. London is the corporate center of the three city states and
controls the world economically. Washington’s District of Columbia city state is
in charge of the military, and the Vatican offers spiritual guidance. The
constitution of the district of Columbia operates under a tyrannical roman law
known as lex fori, which in no way resembles the U.S. Constitution. When
congress passed the act of 1871, it created a separate corporate government for
the District of Columbia. This allowed the District of Columbia to operate as a
corporation outside the constitution. If you take a moment to study some
signed treaties and charters between the United States and Britain, you will
find that the United States has always been a British crowned Colony. In 1606,
King James (yes, the King James who revised the bible) signed the charter of
Virginia. The charter granted Americas British forefathers a license to settle
and colonize America. The charter also guaranteed future kings and queens of
England would have sovereign authority over all citizens and colonized land in
America. In 1783, the Paris peace treaty was signed. This treaty identifies
the King of England as the prince of the United States contradicting the belief
that America won the war of independence. And although King George III of
England gave up most claims over his American colonies, he kept his right to
continue receiving payments for his business ventures of colonizing America. If
America won the war of independence, why would the agree to pay reparations to
the king. When the 13th amendment to the constitution was passed, the U.S.
President was made subservient to the King of England. The 13th Amendment (the
title of nobility amendment) forbids U.S. Officials from using royal titles like
king, or prince. For some strange reason though, the 13th amendment which was
ratified in 1810 no longer appears in current copies of the U.S.
Constitution. The war of independence against the British bankrupted America
and turned its citizens into debt slaves of the king. In 1812, the British
torched and burned the white house and all U.S. Government buildings to the
ground, destroying many ratification records of the U.S. Constitution. Then,
nearly a century later, a corrupt U.S. Congress committed the biggest theft in
world history. They passed Paul Warburgs federal reserve act of 1913, handing
over Americas gold and silver reserves (and total control of Americas economy)
to the federal reserve bank. Most Americans still believe the FED is owned by
the government, but it is not. The FED is a privately owned banking system whose
majority class A shareholders include the Rothschild’s, Warburgs, J.P. Morgan,
the Rockefeller’s and the Lehman brothers. Most U.S. Citizens believe the
United States is a country and the president is its leader, but the U.S. Is not
a country, it is a corporation, and the president is not our leader, he is the
president of the corporation of the U.S. The president, along his elected
officials work for the corporation, not for the American People. So, who owns
the giant U.S. Corporation? Like Canada and Australia, whose leaders are prime
ministers of the queen, and whose land is called crowned land, the U.S. Is just
another crowned colony. Crowned colonies are controlled by the empire of the
three city states. Thus, the U.S. is controlled by the three city
states.Let’s get into some symbolism. At the center of each city state are
giant phallic shaped stone monuments called obelisks. In D.C. The obelisk is
known as the Washington monument. It was dedicated to George Washington by the
Freemason Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia. The secretive brotherhood of
Freemasons laid the Washington obelisks cornerstone in 1848 and contributed 22
Masonic memorial stones. 250 masonic lodges financed the Washington monument
obelisk including the knights templar Masonic order.

Brilliant conversation, shows a superior intellect. Do you have anything else, such as name calling you can ad?

Then go away, educate yourself, learn something beside being ignorant and useless. You do yourself harm with such a small mind, and to society you are of no value.

Besides they passed legislation for all of their drugs. I always liked  Colorado and the state, but not anymore. True about being California-East.

  • teller123

I live in Colorado and we are fighting this as hard as we can. We have been to the Capitol protesting. I personally have written countless emails and sent out invitations to hundreds of my fellow conservatives.  To no avail. These Democrats flat out don’t give a shit what we want. I am getting the hell out of here as soon as I can.  YES Californians have come here and sadly they bring their dumb ass votes with them. It’s sick, sick, sick to see.  I can’t say what I wish would really happen both here and to Bloomberg.  Watch out in your own states. These things have been in the making for years now and you just don’t know who is doing what anymore. One of our senators is from New York and after looking in her past she has been getting big donations from someone in New York.  The recall petitions are already in the works.

  • Anonymous

Absolutely little willy, its called bad policies, it causes people to flee. Then those same idiots remake those same bad policies and flee again. Of course you know this because you are the type of person that supports these bad policies and goes other places seeking refuge from your own doing.

It is obvious by your own writing you understand this clearly an attempt to mock. In reality you are expressing guilt and acknowledging your participation.

Solely no, there are home grown idiots too, they voted for obama. Sound familiar?

It is refreshing to see Colorado take the important steps to put logical and reasonable gun laws in place.

  • Anonymous

I don’t know if Glenn Beck or his staff read this section, but I do wish that they would convey a point on the air that I (in my limited wisdom) believe is pertinent to the upcoming gun control attempts. I have not heard this point mentioned anyhere, yet that does not mean that it has not.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution reads: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” This is a very powerful sentence, and when clearly understood, makes further debate on the issue of guns, as owned by the American people, irrelevant, and debate on the issue, moot.

When we look at this Amendment, we must consider the word “militia” and understand its meaning, as was common at the time the Constitution was written. The framers of the Constitution understood the word “militia” to be an armed citizenry. It was not a standing army, nor what we today know of as the National Guard, that each of the states have. In fact, the framers of the Constitution would have thought of the National Guard as a standing army. Rather, a militia is an armed citizenry, which can be called on, to defend the United States. We have plenty of evidence that George Washington was not real happy with militias, as they generally were not as prone to follow orders as the standing army. This is one of the reasons that “well regulated” is written in the Second Amendment.  That and they did not want ass hats running around acting on their own, or in a mannor that was counterproductive.

When we understand that a militia is not a standing army, nor a paid organization, we understand that any attempt to state that a national guard or law enforcement entity is what the Second Amendment refers to, is entirely flawed, and in abject error.

At the time of the American Revolution, the Continental Army grew out of militias, in the sense that since there was no army, citizens who arrived to support the revolution, very often brought their own firearms. Very often they were not even issued a uniform, as resources were very limited. Of course there were firearms issued, and some were supplied by folks like the French, but again, very often soldiers of the Revolution fought with what they brought. The question then arises, what would have happened in those cases, if the individual brought an inferior or substandard firearm to fight against the British? Those who want to ban AR 15 or like type firearms are in effect saying that the founders of our country were attempting to say that those citizens who showed up to fight the British, should have brought slingshots, or cross bows, but not be in possession of suitable firearms, comparable to those held by the Continental Army.

Based on the above, an armed citizenry is the basis of the military. Not the other way around. It is fascinating that when we read the second Amendment, we see that the right to keep and bear arms is granted to the people, and not to the army, or a law enforcement entity. Rather, the right is granted to the people. Based on this, it is easy to construe that “the people” have more rights than even the police, or the military, when it comes to owning or bearing arms. Not the other way around; which is what most Americans have come to believe.

In America today, most people believe that it is the government and those with the firearms that permit us as citizens to keep and bear arms. This is entirely backwards and great evidence that if a government is methodical, over the course of time, it can change commonly held notions, and even the application of law.

In understanding the above, we must then contend that certainly the framers of the Constitution had no intention to limit the type of firearms that the American people could possess, or to allow the standing army to possess one type of firearm, and yet limit the type that a member of a militia could possess. We can thus deduce that based on the way that the Second Amendment is written, the framers of the Constitution intended for the American people/armed citizenry to keep and bear the same type of firearms as those used by the standing army that would be sufficient to carry out the task of defending the United States of America. They would have found the attempt to ban AR 15 firearms very upsetting, and counter to their ideas and beliefs. This is in consideration of the fact that at present, the American people do not keep and bear the same firearms as does the military, or law enforcement. For example, although an AR 15 looks similar to an M 16, these firearms are vastly different in performance. Of course this has been stated before, many times.

I hope that someone will convey the point that based on the way the Second Amendment is written, the founders of our country, intended for citizens to own the same firearms as those professional members of the military. Therefore, doesn’t it stand to reason that anyone who even suggests banning an AR 15 rifle is proposing an act that is unconstitutional?
