If you didn’t hear the news yesterday, talk radio host and conservative commentator Dana Loesch is joining TheBlaze! Dana will continue to fill in for Glenn on TheBlaze TV, and will contribute across the network and site. Stay tuned for further announcements and details in the near future.

Needless to say, many of you are excited about the latest addition to TheBlaze team. Last night, Dana hosted a Twitter Q & A following the big announcement. She got some great questions from people who wanted to know more about what Dana would be doing at TheBlaze and wanted to get to know her a little better.

Of course, many of the Texans out there wanted to know if Dana would be moving down to the Lone Star State from St. Louis, MO.

The answer?

Look out Wendy Davis, you’re about to meet your match.

We’ll talk to Glenn about the party, Dana. Pretty sure it’s a go – we’ve never know him to turn down an opportunity for cake.

…or pie.

After hearing about the move from St. Louis, many members of Dana’s radio audience wanted to make sure they weren’t about to lose their favorite radio personality to Dallas.

Well, now that we know she’s still going to be on 97.1 FM in St. Louis, is she going to abandon her beloved Cardinals for the Rangers?

…of course not!

Now that the basics are covered, what’s Dana going to be up to at TheBlaze. While more details are going to be announced later, Dana gave you a little more insight…

…and got some great ideas from the viewers.

…Piers on TheBlaze? We’ll believe it when we see it. But it certainly looks like Dana is open to the idea!

What are “Hammer pants”, you ask?

What else did we learn about Dana during yesterday’s Q & A?

1. She’s persuasive and a good seller of freedom.

2. Great taste in music.

3. Like many of you, she homeschools her kids.

4. She’s totally cool with the Jonas Brothers splitting up.

5. And, something Glenn will be very happy to hear, her soul is doing just find.

TheBlaze audience was definitely excited to talk to Dana and about her move to TheBlaze. So excited that #DanaonTheBlaze was trending across the U.S.
